We live in a world today where everyone is always on the go. Always on to "What's Next?" All Gas and No Brakes. But every now and then for certain people, they really do have to stop and smell the roses..sometimes you have to go with the flow when it comes to doing what you love.
Whatever it is you live to do, do it and I guarantee you won't regret it. For me there is just something about those iron plates clanging against each other. Pumping out reps after reps on top of reps with those dumbbells. Loading up that bar and shrugging the world up and down. This is one of my greatest forms of therapy. I can get lost in the gym and be so uncomfortably comfortable. Because I know what I love to do is going to benefit me in more ways than one. In more ways than just physically.
But I owe the energy that I had to push through to my supplements because more than likely when I get to the point where I have to take a break from the world, I get tired..so that Megawatt V2 pre workout by #1stPhorm and the BCAA gave me the energy and focus to power through that awesome training session (2.5 hours straight). Took a little trip for a change of scenery.
We did shoulders in Airdrie. It was a nice change and didn’t have to wait for any equipment. Like I said in a previous post I’ve been jacking up the intensity so this workout is a little longer hence two videos I hope you enjoy it.

So despite my best efforts, this is the best quality video I could get BUT that is 270lbs for 20 reps. It is basically completely awful and I hate it but it must be done. I had to speed up the video to get all of it in there.
