My new challenge - Body Fitness Competitor 💪
On the left just after I ran 2 FULL Marathons for charity - fittest iv have been in my life. 👌 Didnt care what was on the 🍽 tho.. who would being this crazy fit!? On the right... NO Cardio!! 🙈 correct... 2000 calories of the cleanest balanced foods, 3lt water and weight training over last 8 months... aka Pro Coached by Michelle Morris 👌🏆❤ Hardest thing is to change your mind and trust what you are coached! Eatting every 3 hours and feeling so full felt so wrong but Look at how my body responded! Weight has dropped somewhat, but the inches lost and the definition 💪
Im Just as happy as I was in the first picture so I guess what ever you do and how ever you look - doesnt matter as long as you smile from within 😊 ❤
Fra 1999 til 2002 lollet jeg rundt i Australia og fant ut at filmstudier var the shit og edderkopper og haier the worst. Rundt nyttår 2018, om visum-vaktene står oss bi, reiser jeg til Sydney for å være VGs nattevaktkvinne i solen i ett år. Gleder meg vilt, er spent og glad.
His and hers breakfast! His is the first, he is so easily pleased at times, but he worries me that he isn't getting enough nutrients 😬😬 Mine is the second! I am always willing to try different flavour combinations based on what I have in the fridge or cupboards. I get bored cooking so breakfast tends to be what ever is quick, this was definitely satisfying! Starting the day with a big breakfast to warm me up so as I can concentrate on the day ahead!
