23/95/17 • Good morning fit fam!! Getting ready for my first day at work, and hoping to squeeze in a workout later tonight (when I get back). Here's some motivation for this Tuesday morning.
I had a little bit of an "epiphany" in the shower this morning: I realized that I am perfectly beautiful the way I am. Right now. At over 200 lbs. But the reason I must remain motivated to drop the weight is for my own health & wellbeing. You are lovely WHERE YOU ARE. But you must prioritize your health as the main reason for your weight loss. Because being thin won't stop your problems or make your life better or make you a better person. But it will equip you with better health to take on the world 😊💖 Make 👏🏾 Healthy 👏🏾 choices 👏🏾 #MotivationTuesday
