Protein balls are great snack for footballers after a workout.
They are a good way to replenish your protein as well as you glycogen stores so you're fuelled and energised for the next day!
- 1/2 cup dried dates
- 1/2 cup quick pats
- 6 tbls peanut butter
- 1 tbls protein powder
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (for coating)
👉 Blitz the dates and oats in a food processor
👉 Add peanut butter, protein powder and honey - continue to blitz
👉Roll mixture into small balls and roll the outer layer in desiccated coconut
👉Store in fridge
My poor little car took an absolute beating over the weekend at round 4 of D1NZ.
Bit of a struggle on a track that favours horsepower but gave it everything getting through top 32, but knocked out by Tannock in top 16 who carried on taking the top spot.
