Every five years, I have to prove that I’m legit to the City. I appreciate that they’re making an effort to recognize RMTs. When I started this practice, you only needed 250 hours of formal training to be licensed by the City. Though we are still not formally regulated as other provinces, we’re getting there. Today, proving that I had 2,200 hours of training and that I maintain and enhance my skills and knowledge through a continued competency program, that I follow a Code of Ethics, - basically following professional standards as laid out by my association.
Ok, back to work then 😊
