Taking in the beauty of Nicaragua before heading down to town to hit a workout. It's incredible here. It's funny the way I never really thought of Nica as somewhere I would want to travel until I started exploring Central America. I can say this, San Juan Del Sur is one hell of a town. Beautiful, amazing food, and so much to do.
“What was your favorite part about #india ?” He says...
My favorite part?
How to captivate absolute magic into only a few words...
The Indian people. I love the people- so simple and so beautiful. The needs are little and the hearts are grand. ~
The sunsets on the beach es that stretch out for miles.
The travelers. The travelers that journey from all over the world, in search for something more... searching for meaning, searching for self. ~
The magic. Mama India’s teaches you to let go, and in that letting go, you have the opportunity to experience absolute magic.
The soul. No where else in the would have I experienced so much soul. It’s embedded in their land, their culture, their practices and their healings. ~
And most of all I miss the lessons... I miss the graceful teachings this beautifully challenging country offered me each and everyday. India is undoubtedly the hardest country to travel in, but only when you refuse to see. See her as she is, raw, real and authentic. She doesn’t hide, she doesn’t play pretend. She just is. And in her absolute being, is nothing but pure radiance.
Ceremony is a part of my daily practice. ~
To create ceremony is to create a practice that is intentional, sacred and grounding.
I create ceremony with myself as I align myself with the poignant energy of the moon. ~
I create ceremony when I sit down to meditate each morning, I light my sage, close my eyes and allow myself to be taken away into the abyss. ~
I create ceremony when I get focused on my intentions, why I’m here doing what I’m doing in this beautiful thing we call life.
Ceremony and ritual run in our blood. ~
When we take time to practice, we take time to remember, to ground, to connect and rejuvenate. ~
How do you practice ceremony?
What things do you use to help ground you? ⠀⠀
Today I wept.
Wept for the moments in the past when I felt so alive. -
Wept for the unknown which hides in a future I have yet to understand. -
Why I’ve been called back to this land I do not know. -
I miss her. Memories of mama India call me in my sleep -
Come back she whispers. Remember when you felt so alive? -
Why are you here?
What do you want? -
The answers to these questions I’ve yet to fully find. -
I must sit. Solitude is calling my name. It’s time just to be. Be with no one other than me.
The start of our girls program in #nicarauga is #1 in our #top10 of 2017! Providing these girls a space that is all their own is pretty special.
Thank you to everyone who has played a role in getting this off the ground. Special thanks go to @brooke.lynne who pushed it forward & coach Darien who stepped up to lead our young ladies! #girlpower#sportforgood#powerofsport#womensempowerment
It’s a new moon in Scorpio tonight. 🌜New Moons🌛 are a time for new beginnings. A time to call forth that which you desire.
When the moon is new the sky is the darkest and only when the moon is new 🌚 do you have the ability to see the glimmer of the stars ✨
When embrace the shadows you awaken the soul. You peel back the layers that keep your essence hidden underneath.
Today you have the ability to harmonize with the universal energy and intentionally manifest new beginnings.
What is it that you are choosing to call forth today?

When #foodthatfuels tastes as good as it looks my body feels hhhiiiggghhhh 🙌🏼
Thank goodness for greens. ⠀⠀
A few weeks ago we had a hurricane that took out many homes, live stock and ALL of our local organic greens. ⠀⠀
The storm had a devastating impact across the country and was quite a wake up call for me personally. I'm still feeling the aftermath of this storm and its effect on my body, mind and spirit. ⠀⠀
The times that rattle me, remind me of how fortunate we are in America to have so many things at our fingertips. ⠀⠀
Just a few more days and I'm hOMe. It's been almost 2 years living in different countries around the world it's been amazing indeed and I've got to admit I couldn't be more excited to become grounded once again. ⠀⠀
Take me baaaaaccckkk! ⠀⠀
One of the BEST days I had while I was in Nicaragua was when we went to play in the rolling waves of #popoyo and wined and dined @magnificrock ⠀⠀
It's not what you do, but who you do it with that matters. ⠀⠀
I've seen some of the most beautiful places over the years, yet it's not the scenery but rather the people I share the experience with that matter most. ⠀⠀
I love food. ⠀⠀
I love the feeling energetically aligned food has on my body, mind, and spirit. ⠀⠀
I love helping clients begin to feel this connection too. ⠀⠀
If you are seeking a deeper connection to your SELF, starting to understand the effect food has on your body is a great first step. ⠀⠀ Food alone has he power to help your #energy and enhance your #vibration

Sunsets were my favorite. How the colors uniquely splashed upon the night sky each night in a different magnetic array always impressed me. ⠀⠀
Always reminded me that no matter how difficult the day, there was always a possibility for a beautiful ending. ⠀⠀
Nicaragua has tested me... tested me mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. It's been the hardest country I've ever lived and quite possibly the hardest time I've had in the last 4 years.
At the end of the day, the challenge has brought me a strength I never never knew I had. A wisdom I often overlooked and a deep sense of gratitude for a country I so often took for granted. ⠀⠀
It wasn't easy, and I would t change it for the would. ⠀⠀
California I'm coming and I couldn't be more grateful for your embrace. ⠀⠀
P A T I E N C E ⠀⠀
Good things are coming. ⠀⠀
Sometimes life steps in, just to slow you down. ⠀⠀
Release the grip of expectation, despite what's happening around you, you are exactly where you need to be.
3rd world life... mooooovvvee over 😝 #travelmore
Emotions change like the wind. Sometimes it's strong, other times it's subtle.
Do not resist the flow, for the flow allows new life to grow.
What emotions have been coming up for you lately?
I know your out there. I know hear me, feel me, love me.
Sometimes I forget. When I do can you kindly tap me on the shoulder and remind me?
Your support is greatly appreciated.
And then it happened. 🙏🏽 #thankyouuniverse
