Everyone's been falling sick recently and my throat is low-key dying on me; thought this would be a good time to fix this up and NO REGRETS. I am over the moon this morning! I'm finally getting somewhere with my ice skating! ⛸ I increased my revolutions on my spins, learnt my first jump and am building upon my step sequence. I can't wait to create an actual program 🙌
I'm grateful to not only be physically able to skate but also to be financially able (even if it's just barely); however a lot of sacrifices were made. I've stopped eating out every Saturday, i've stopped buying my coffee/food at uni, I don't drive to uni anymore (one way commute is now almost 2 hours by bus then train) and i've basically cut out on most of my 'extras' in life so I could channel my weekly pay to my hobby/fitness.
So proud of my friend @foodbymars for creating this incredible mixture of toppings for @kokus_nyc! You're truly talented girlfriend.
Now I'm on a mission to recreate this incredible 8 ingredient organic soft serve at home. Wish me luck... 😜

@Regrann from @howtocountcalories - So, obviously not all of the bananas are 100 calories 🍌😜 But all of them are carbs with higher sugar content compared to other fruits 🤓 Is it not what you were thinking? They are still delicious and healthy 😍🤗 Don't exclude them from your nutrition plan as bananas are a good source of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and fiber. They fill you up quickly and since they are rich in calories, they keep you full for longer. They are such a great post workout snack.
