I learnt two things today;
1. I am terrible at staying within a frame
2. I suck at burpees
Quick HIIT circuit that can be done at literally anywhere. Repeat 10 times with as little rest in between 🔥🔥
- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 squat jumps
- 10 burpees
- 10 wide stance (feet a little wider than hip width) squats
Well this week wasn't sunshine and rainbows. Weight took a stand still even though I increased steps, trained to I nearly threw up and got pbs in my squat and deadlift.
This should all be positive but still I continue to focus on the number on the scale as a unit for success.
Before this morning I was happy with the weeks success but straight away that's flipped on its head.
Negative thoughts are very hard to shake sometimes but you have to remind yourself you are going in the right direction.
I was 12stone then 13 then 12 then 15.3stone and now back to 12 stone 5.9 (the 0.1 counts lol) for the first time in my life I know I can manage my weight and keep consistent but this was before a constant yoyoing.
My advice to anyone who finds themselves giving up on a diet training session..... don't give up on yourself.
The end goal is a long and challenging road I still haven't got to the finishing line.
It might feel like a marathon or simply unachievable but just remember to check back every once in a while to see how far you have come.
