Wield the honor of the Triforce Joy-Con
This new set glimmers with hope, depicting the Triforce trailed in stardust in the bottom corner.
Would you take hold of Courage, Wisdom, or Power!?
I’ve been wanting to do this simpler design for a long time, but other ideas distracted me.
You can snag this set in any color background you choose!!
What do you think? 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰

Many apologies for the lengthy absent. I've been swamped with orders and haven't had much time to craft anything new. But I finally got the chance to finish this years version of my Nintendo Christmas Wreath.
There's quite a few updates from last years version. First I eliminated all the multiple sprites from the same games and added some new ones so each sprite now represents a completely different franchise. Ice Climbers, Yoshi's egg, Bub from Bubble Bobble, and the Power Star (which is a mini-me version I created of the Power Star tree topper) hanging in the middle are all new additions.
I also created updated versions for Metroid, Mario, pokeball, slime, and the bow itself. Either redesigning the sprite or updating to a more varied color scheme. I swapped out the original Link from Legend of Zelda with his better looking A Link to the Past sprite. Mario, Bub, and the Power Star are all adorned with Santa hats as well this year. Lastly, the Wreath base itself even got a minor upgrade with each red berry being lined with red and gold glass beads to add a bit of sparkle to the whole Wreath.
I really wanted this years version to have a noticeable upgrade from last years and I think I accomplished that while still retaining the awesomeness of the original. Next year I think I will be going with a suggestion someone gave last year and designing the Nintendo Wreath to be completely Super Mario themed. I've already got several sprites chosen and decked out in Christmas gear for it too.
What's your favorite Pokémon game?
It's #pokemonday (shoutout to @princevicious) and here's my very first Pokémon game. I was already in my teens when Pokémon Blue & Red were released. It was that awkward age when you aren't supposed to like anything that's aimed towards kids. A lot of my homies straight up thought that Pokémon was lame mainly based on the anime but I didn't care. As a big Nintendo fan I just had to check out their latest smash hit.
And man, the hype was justified. Pokémon Blue blew me away and I had never played anything like it before. You might know me as a huge JRPG fanboy but I actually never really played any console RPGs back in the 90s. And that's simply cuz many classic JRPGs were never released here and to be honest my English prolly wouldn't have been good enough to play all them text heavy games.
Pokémon Blue was different tho: it was simple yet complex. The story was easy to understand and I had no trouble getting through the game. And the pokémon themselves, oooh boy! We got dozens of mascot games in the 90s but all of a sudden there was a game with 151 unique creatures. And the variety was crazy! We got all kinds of pokémon: some resembled actual animals while others had very weird and crazy designs. And some of them were able to evolve! Mind blown. Finding new pokémon was always mad exciting and suddenly the catch phrase "gotta catch 'em all" started making sense. The elemental weakness based gameplay was also pure genius: even the most badass pokémon could fall if you hit its weakness. Pokémon Blue will always be one of my favorite Game Boy games and it's one game that truly changed me as a gamer.
