This is the first time I'm strictly following a program. Day 1 of starting @strongjonfitness new program. It sucked cause my cardio is very low, but it's a process and it will only get better. Can't wait to get to the best shape of my life.
STATS: Height: 5'7 | Weight: 72.2kg | BFP: 37.3% 😳 | Muscle: 31%
So where do I even begin? It feels kind of awkward posting something like this on a social media platform where potentially a lot of people can see you but here it is. The past few months I've been challenging myself to get fit and healthy but it seems like I keep taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back. I get lazy when I start seeing progress and end up completely sabotaging my health goals. I was at my heaviest at the beginning of this year at 77kg 🙊 Looking and feeling completely unhealthy and unhappy with myself. So I decided to make a change and gradually dropped down to 68kg. Taking that completely for granted I indulged in junk food and put on weight to where I am now 😅
So why am I posting this? I know there is great power in having people keep you accountable and so by posting this not only do I ensure I keep myself on track but knowing that others may be following my fitness journey too will be added motivation. I fully intend to be taking progress pictures and of course food pics (as I have been doing the past few weeks now). There is absolutely nothing wrong with my body now, and with time I have come to love it! However I want to treat it how it deserves to be treated, which is with respect and kindness - which to me means getting fit and healthy. 💓
GOAL: Weight: 60kg | BFP: 15% (?)
☝️ These are only rough ideas of what I want so we'll see how we go. If I end up feeling my best at 65kg for instance then that's where I'll stop. ☺ l'll be using a combination of healthy food and body weight exercises.
P.s. my hair is wet in these pics, my hair isn't actually this thin 😂

Finally got stage pictures back from the #ribbf .. after placing 4th last year i set a goal to burst into the top 3 after training my ass off for a year i went back to do that but ended up with 4th again everything was fine untill my abs dissapeared before stage which in my opinion ruined the top 3 spot for me i can even see me and mick bullman laughing lookin for my abs😂 at least im not gettin any worse and ill learn from my mistakes and come back better👌 #trainhard#progress#addicted#irishfitfam#ukfitfam#aesthetics#npc#physique#shorts#noabs
