No-bake cookies. (Recipe from Kurt Cobain’s Journals, page 24.) These actually don't have any peanut butter in them, like every other no-bake cookie recipe I've ever made, but they're gooey, fudgy, and delicious. I'd probably make this in a square pan next time and cut into 1-inch cubes - easier to handle/less messy.

No bake chocolate energy cookies! These things are amazing...kind of like a granola bar and a chocolate cookie all in one....Perfect with a glass of cashew milk! I like to keep a batch of these cookies in the freezer...they’re great as an afternoon pick me up, a post workout meal, or for that morning when you’re running out the door and need to grab a quick nourishing breakfast.
To make these delectable little treats, mix together 1 cup of your favorite nut butter, 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. Add in granola toppings and mix until thoroughly combined. I like to use oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and a little maca powder which is an incredible hormone balancing herb.

Our oldest girls have moved out and are on their own so I don’t often get requests for something special. My Boo (@chelsss__4) asked for some #NoBakeCookies so I’ve already been busy this morning. Hope they taste as good as they did when her Memaw made them for her.
