If you saw my Insta story yesterday, these are how the cookies turned out. Well, are they cookies? 🤔Probably not but they taste as delicious and naughty as one so that’s what I’ve gone with.
Slight changes to my original recipe because A) I need a trip to @thesourcehampton B) I can’t follow a recipe, even if it is my own and C) I wanted to super power this batch so I added some shredded coconut, sunflower seeds and @thegrove.life Ashwaganda powder 💪🏼
As usual, my recipes are easily adaptable! And the best thing is, no machinery needed for these, just a sharp knife, cutting board and a bowl 💃🏻

Today I was saved by Adam’s parents fridge, a flexible menu, accountability from the girls and chocolate.
Going with the flow + rolling with the punches has always been a weakness of mine. When something would go wrong/not as planned I’d have a tendency to let it negatively control the rest of my day. Does anybody else have this problem to work on?!🙋🏼
Today I l forgot my work lunch/snacks at home. Everything was all packed up & ready to go, but left behind in the fridge. I instantly panicked. I RARELY eat out and when I do it’s on a special occasion. BUT knowing the girls were challenged to not eat out for work this week, I knew I had to make something happen. A little brainstorming, changing around the menu for the entire day and just like that I was still able to own the day, instead of letting it own me.
I told the girls that I am thankful for their accountability and for learning that “rolling with the punches” isn’t so difficult when you have a positive outlook on it! + I was able to do things a little differently - like make quesadillas for supper & a chocolate frosty for dessert, along with chocolate no bake bites for snacks. I think it’s time to let go of the anxiety and roll with the punches more.💕
NO-BAKE pumpkin oat cookies your kids can make! 🍪👌🏻🌟 INGREDIENTS: 1-1/2 cups sugar; 1/2 cup butter; 1/2 cup evaporated milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 3/4 cup pumpkin puree; 2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked; 1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. 🌟 DIRECTIONS: (1) Combine sugar, butter and milk in a pan. Boil on stove for 1 minute. (2) Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin until mixture is melted and smooth. (3) Fold in oats and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. (4) Let cool in refrigerator for a few hours. 🌟 OPTIONAL: Top with cream + candy corn before serving to make them look pretty. 😉 Enjoy!

Heat coconut oil, @tropeaka cacao powder, rice malt syrup, peanut butter and coconut milk in a pan, then stir in oats - quantities... unsure
Separate and freeze for 1 hour, leave out for 5 mins before eating and they're sticky cold deliciousness.
Yes I realise most things I make look like a literal pile of crap.
Left to my own devices I would eat toast and cookies all day. I don't do that (most days) because too much sugar gets our hormones (and many other systems) out of whack, but I also believe there's no point in eating something that doesn't taste good. These satisfy my cookie craving but don't create that sugar rush and crash. #Flax seeds, coconut flakes, oats, and #chocolate chips mixed with 1/4 cup #coconutoil (or banana) and a little water. You could substitute the oats for large #coconut flakes and the chocolate chips for #cacao nibs and go #paleo but to me this is the perfect balance of #delicious and #healthyfood . #recipe#nobakecookies#prismclinic
NO BAKE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ALMOND COOKIES 🍪🍫✨ Quite the mouthful – literally! 😂 I have a confession. I can’t stop eating these! 🙋🏼 These cookies come together in minutes in the food processor and have a rich dark chocolatey taste 🤤 Hits the spot for that chocolate craving! 🎯 •••
How to make ‘em 🍪👉🏼 In a food processor, blend until a “dough” forms:
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/2 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
1/4 cup @betterbodyfoods cacao powder
2 Tb @artisanaorganics coconut butter
1 Tb @wedderspoonofficial honey
Add the following and blend 1 minute more:
1/4 cup @vivanaturals cacao nibs
1/2 cup @woodstockfoods sliced almonds
Roll into 12 balls. Place on wax paper on a baking sheet. Wet the tines of a fork and criss cross each cookie to flatten slightly. Freeze for 30 minutes, then refrigerate (if desired). They are best eaten cold straight out of the fridge or freezer, your choice ☺️
If you have been craving cookies and coffee then this is going to be your new best friend! These no bake balls taste just like a moist sugar cookie. All it is is 1 cup almond flour, 3 tbs melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract and a lunch of salt. Mix it all together then roll them up into balls and stick in the fridge for about an hour and boom!
