Claro que não, o que custa caro é a crueldade, é a falta de sustentabilidade, é a falta de consciência e de reflexão. Na foto não tem meu prato porque comi rapidinho rsrs, mas tem a sobremesa! Bolo de churros no pote da @wh4thec4ke . Não aguentei comer todo, levei pra casa e no fim da tarde comi com um cafezinho maroto. Ai que vida de privação, não sei como eu consigo, rsrs!!!

Some may be concerned that as an overweight lady dieting I'm eating huge portions or alot of 'junk food'. As someone that has spent 31 years gorging on high sugar / fat animal products. I feel the drastic change to veganism alone is enough to shock my body into change. And I am right as I'm no longer in the 16 stones anymore. I appreciate once the novelty has worn off it will be time to swap all those wholemeal rolls for grains and pulses. Also halving every plate or bowl with a rainbow of fruit and or veg. To be honest I live a very inactive life at the moment. I think I could continue to eat this way with the addition of a solid work out 3 to 5 times a week. For now I'm enjoying eating food I loved before but with a much healthier nutritional twist!
I think they say that you should aim for filling half your plate with vegetables. What kind of gold star do I get for filling my ENTIRE plate and achieving clean plate club? Baked potato with @tofuttibrands cream cheese, chives, and nutritional yeast. Steamed broccoli with @vegannacheez sauce. I also had a peach 🍑 left from a recent NC trip that I ate while cooking dinner 👌
Beef & chicken stock.... but it's vegan 🌿 no animals were harmed in the making of these babies!!! 👏🏼 I made the best lentil soup last night and used the chicken stock, omgeee it is the best lentil soup I have ever tried! I think it's up there with one of my best ever meals I've made!!! I'll share the recipe soon... I found the recipe on google and just changed a few ingredients to suit what I already had in the pantry! AND it was so EASY to make... vegan meals aren't hard to make, it's all in your head peeps! 😈 Try make a few vegan meals each week and soon enough you'll ditch the animals and realise life doesn't end when you cut out meat and dairy! 🤸🏻♀️ #vegan
No whey! Seriously! lol I'm sadly straying away from all dairy as I found out I'm Lactose intolerant.... 😩. It's ok tho. Hardest thing to cut was quest bars and whey protein! I have tried a few alternatives and this has been my favorite so far. I like the Ancient Cacao flavor with dark chocolate almond milk and 1/2 of a frozen banana. Yum! 26g of Protein! Egg protein.
