We first cut it into wedges, then seasoned it with olive oil, garlic and onion powder, next we baked it and finally topped it with vegan shredded cheese.

Today was rough and messed up a bit! Still some big things have been done and I am happy to announce them soon! Haven't had any time to create something new and eatable today to share with you guys, but what I found is this old photo of BEETROOT PASTA that was such a ridiculously easy thing to make and turned out really tasty! I am planning on doing different colors of this pasta using only natural ingredients obviously! So stay tuned for that too! Love you guys, hope you have and outstanding day! —————————————————————
RECIPE: 280g of white wheat flour, 100g of chickpea flour, 20ml of olive oil, 200ml of beet-apple-spinach juice. Mix everything, add more juice or more flour to create elastic and non-stick dough. Knead for 2 mins, then let the dough to rest for 5 mins and now you can rock&roll !! Create the form that you like or cut the strips like me! If you want to cook it immediately, remember that fresh pasta is cooking much faster than dried one. 2-4 minutes probably will be enough. - Cauliflower rice
- Veggies (see second picture, garlic and onion is for the sauce)
- Chicken marinated in Glutenfree Ketjap Manis
- Casave chips
Sauce: - 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Ketjap Manis
- 1 tbsp sambal
- 200 ml coconut milk

So I was attempting to be healthier by not having bread, as I’d had it for my other meals today. So instead I poured a million calories (in the form of @followyourheart honey mustard dressing) on my potatoes by accident 😂, it came out a bit too quickly! I also think I need to address my portion sizes sometimes because I’m so full now. Maybe one or two many potatoes! Anyway, I put American mustard and soy free #vegenaise in the middle of two Sainsbury’s burgers and topped them with some tomato chutney and gherkins. Pretty yummy! ❤️🌱
My first post ever! 💫 - My breakfast today: Creamy chocolat oatmeal with blueberries and almond butter 😋👌🏻 Breakfast (8.00): - 1/2 cup of Oats
- 1 cup (or just to your liking) almondmilk (or any milk you prefer)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp maple sirup (or to taste)
- Little pinch of salt
- Toppings: 1 tbsp of all natural Almond Butter + 1tbsp of coconut oil (explains why the almond butter is this runny) and some blueberries
