So we’ve made it to the end of another week 💪🏽 My #21daychallenge has NOT been perfect. I’ve not trained as much as I could have.. but I’ve been eating super clean, meditating every day.. and have finally implemented a daily gratitude practice. We should not strive for perfection.. but just prioritize being better than we were yesterday. The little wins will compound over time and five years from today you will be AMAZED at how far you’ve come
Today on my beautiful spring walk, listening to #AbrahamHicks , I clearly heard that "unpleasant journeys don't lead to happy endings". In other words, if you're not enjoying the journey, you can't expect it to work out well...you just can't get there from there, the vibrational jump is too big!
It got me thinking...even when something 'bad' happens, there is a way of looking at it and moving forward that is positive. After all, 'bad' stuff only happens as a way for the universe to communicate with us and alert us to a lesson, so that we can then move forward in a happier and more fulfilling way.
So when the 'negative' lessons happen, and they do- it's part of living, find a way to embrace it in a peaceful way. Make the actions around it calm and self-loving and fun. Distract yourself by appreciating the beauty in little things. 🌸 Observe yourself and your reactions from a bit of a distance with interest, instead of being so engaged in the depths of the 'problem'. Find it fascinating instead of frustrating! As @gabbybernstein would say, transform the fear into faith!! 🙌🏼 Everything is unfolding perfectly, and the journey is meant to be fun...every single step of it. 👣🙏🏼✨💜 #learning#practising#loving
