One of my most indulgent tasting keto approved snacks! But I always weigh these puppies out because you don't get that many for a serving! High in fat, super low in carbs! I used to refer to these as fat pills when I ate the standard American diet... Now the name still fits but I want the fat. Healthy fats give me energy & fills me up fast!!!
My current coffee process! Nutri-bullet your coffee!!! Sooo good!! I clicked the stop button before I showed pouring it into my coffee cup. It's so frothy. Check it out that part in my insta-story. Normally I measure most of these things but for video purposes I just guessed. I normally do half a tablespoon of the xct oil, one scoop of collagen 2 tablespoons of cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar-free Torani syrup. Enjoy, I know I will!!
I can’t even begin to explain how tired I am of losing weight..
It’s close to 3 years of my weight loss journey and I think it’s time to finally set my foundation and be happy with the body that I have.
With this round of fat burners I’m hoping to get to my original goal weight somewhere between 140-150. And if I don’t get there screw it! I’m going to enjoy myself at what ever weight I am hit the weights heavy and transform the body I have worked so hard for!
Sorry I’ve been so MIA.. I have too many moving pieces in my puzzle right now. Happy Friday!
WHY? 🏃🏼♀️Why would you train for a marathon, complete it (maybe with your best time ever) then stop running and eat like it doesn't matter between now and the next one? 👩💻Why would you prepare for an interview at your dream company, nail it & get the job, then sit there and do nothing once your are on board? 🔬Why would you count calories, carbs, reps, miles to reach your goal then stop when you get there?
All of these take HARD WORK! Why wouldn't you want to hold onto these results then take it a step further?
I am a wife, mom of 3 darlings (10, 4, & 2.5), work full time, and I have personal goals! 👗👙🚵♀️ As I reach those goals I will have new ones! This isn't about making short term adjustments to my life to lose weight, it's about a lifestyle change to continue to thrive in life and strive for my full potential!
I'm doing this through - 🥗 Creating healthy eating habits 🍷 Leaving room to modifications and occasional libations 💪 Getting in my exercise 👭👫 And connecting with my Fit Fam near & far for support on the hard days and celebrations when it's all going right!

Control the controllables. A million things could pop up that could throw off your workout, but there really isn’t anything that can force you to mess up your nutrition. You are 100% in control of what enters your mouth. That’s the not-so-secret secret of weight loss. 👌🏼 #nomagicpill#healthyeating#healthyfood#foodisfuel#humpday
So true. People always want the shortcut. There is no magic pill. Eat right & workout. As I am researching I am finding if you happen to have a high metabolism and eat crap, it effects your health. A poor diet causes inflammation. Inflammation has side effects, though you may not see the damage for years. Eat right & move today!
Have a healthy Wednesday!
Interesting study on the role of insulin on PS.
The limiting factor are EAAs (concentration and profile).
Hyperinsulinemia does not simulate more PS,therefore with a normal insulin sensitivity and pancreatic function,no realistic need for high amounts of exogenous insulin. Glucose or glucose polymers can do the work just fine.
On the other hand, make sure to supplement with high quality EAAs (like MAP or similar)and eat a good protein source every 2-3 hours.
It’s Day 3 of my new 80 day program. I’ll be honest, it was hard... I did modify. And when I could I pushed it harder because I’m going for results!
How hard can you push it in 40 minutes?
Are you looking for a full workout + nutrition + support system?
Maybe what I am doing now is right up your alley or you need to start a little less intense... I’d love to help you with your goals!
I know I posted a workout pic earlier, but when I checked my Insta page I realised it was food today and I like to keep it looking ordered, so I've changed it 😁
New plan means lots of yummy food, so already this morning I've had my super food shake with added spinach (you can't taste it) porridge with banana and pb and now fruit with Greek yoghurt.
Food glorious food 💜 and it's all on plan and no feelings of guilt .
Almost forgot what day it was!! #transformationtuesday !!! I post these not to annoy my personal friends who follow my page, but to inspire anyone stuggling right now to get started trying yet again ANOTHER "diet". Ugg.... right? Sounds dreadful. But I want you to know my personal experience. I can tell that how I felt during my weight-loss and how I still feel today is more hopeful that this way of eating is my best shot at keeping my weight off. I've done it all (Nutri-system, low-fat, weight watchers, medifast, counting calories/increase exercise). All of them were super hard and I couldn't wait to be "DONE" with my "DIET". So I would dig deep, buckle down, lose the weight, reach my goal and "END" my "DIET". Within days/weeks I would begin a climb back up again because I could eat my delicious carbs and sugar and eat I would. Enter KETO. I would have never drempt of a day where sugary or carb laden foods didn't hold a grip on me...and yet, here I am. 3 plus months past hitting my goal and not only have I lost more, I'm enjoying the foods I can still eat and mental food feedom from the foods I no longer eat. Do much so that I plan to stay Keto forever. Much like a Vegetarian...it's not just a diet, it's a Way Of Eating. On the fence still?? Why not give Keto a try...what do you have to lose?
