Been struggling finding time ⏰ to post this week so I thought it might be helpful to share a quick and simple #salmon recipe for those of you in this same predicament
Honey butter garlic salmon:
✔️spring mix 🍃
Preheat oven to 375 degrees ♨️ Melt a couple tablespoons of butter and mix with honey, minced garlic, and juice from half a lemon. Brush over salmon 🖌 and cover with foil
Bake for 14-18 min depending on thickness. Open foil to release steam and broil for a final 2-3 min. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve over spring mix with a slice of fresh 🍋
