There are some dishes you eat that make you feel like there is mushroom for improvement 😔…but this dish from @fireflystudiocity is absolutely perfect 😋. The Mushroom Pappardelle is made with maitake & oyster mushrooms, ricotta, and black truffle butter 🤤. An amazing pasta dish that you simply just want to keep eating 😛. Not really. On a day when I knew I would consume over 600 g of carbs (yeah... that's a lot), I wanted to start the day with foods that aid digestion. Everyone knows the role fiber plays, and the oats and berries handle that piece. However, it seems that many people don't know that sourdough bread contains enzymes that actually aid digestion.
