Breakfast bars, protein bars, “energy” bars, weight-loss bars, meal-replacement bars...you see what I mean.
The truth is, I’m not a huge proponent of bars of any kind as a nutritious meal. Many of the bars out there are loaded with sugar, unnecessary fat, unknown ingredients, and preservatives.🙅🏻♀️
I keep a few of these on hand at home or in my purse when I need a quick snack, or will not be anywhere to eat for a few hours. I do not use these as meal replacement. @larabar

Revenge of the vegans - someone keeps smashing this sign saying that u will have to pay for non-dairy creamer on the side. TBH 25¢ is not that much but most places in Vancouver don't charge at all. On the other hand I've seen 75¢ charge to have soymilk put IN the drink in some places, though 50¢ is the norm.
