the other day my sister made me a super tasty homemade pizza with arugula, fresh tomatoes, chickpeas, garlic, & tomato sauce!! the dough was so thick and tasty i loved it, made for a great dinner and lunch for the next day:) #homemade#pizza#arugula#beans#tomato#dinner#lunch
It's rainy and autumn is well on its way but fear not - here's a tasty stir fry to warm your heart.
2 x rice noodles portion
1/2 bag bean sprouts
1/2 bag spring greens
3 tbsp (20g) canned corn
2 x chicken thighs
1/4 inch ginger diced finely
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1tsp garlic oil
Fresh mint and corriander to taste
Cook the rice noodles as per instructions and leave to side
1. Put the chicken, half the ginger, tamari and fish sauce in a bowl. Marinade the chicken for at least 20minutes if you can- chop into thin slices beforehand to make it easier for frying
3. Julienne the carrots, in a pan with the ginger and a little water start to fry with the oil. Add the chicken
4. When the chicken is cooked through, add the beansprouts, greens and corn and heat through.
5. Finely chop some corriander and mint and mix it in or lay on top with a squeeze of lime.
