One of my dearest friends recently had identical twins, and requested some dairy-free dinner ideas to appease her boys' sweet, picky little palates. Let's kick this off with this grilled pork tenderloin topped with a pineapple-cucumber-cilantro salsa, served with grilled sweet potatoes. This meal can be made on an outdoor grill or inside in a grill pan, it can be ready in 35 minutes, the spiciness can be adjusted (using more or less chile powder) without sacrificing flavor, and best of all, you can get all of this for only 390 calories per serving. 🙌🏼
