I workout so that one day I can fit in more leggings besides these ones 💁♀️ There’s room in the budget for healthier foods, not more clothes that won’t fit when I’m done with this program.

Diet: the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats.
Why is that when you’re eating healthy people try to make fun of you for “being on a diet?” Like, hiiii you have it all wrong - these delicious foods ARE my diet because this is how I eat all the time ✌️ Maybe I LIKE vegetables, okay?! Also, there’s no shame in eating right so why is it looked upon as a bad thing to so many people?
Don’t let anyone stop you from enjoying your healthy lifestyle. I have a whole team to support me - there’s always room for you too 👭 just ask!

She fights me tooth + nail on just about everything we do. But today, it’s like she knew I was over the fight, and she laid down with me for a glorious 2.5hr nap.
We both feel rested and recharged! Kiley... she’ll probably use this new energy to fight for her right to watch another show or eat pretzels for every meal. Me? I’m rested enough to actually focus on some work and getting my workout in later 👊 It’s amazing what a little sleep can do! •reach out 👭 I’m here to help with your wellness wants•
I may never have a perfect day on this program but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop trying. My body is giving me allll the signs to it easy today so I’m listening (as best as I can 😆) and just trying to get through some core rebuilding exercises. •still sticking to my meal plan

But only being 7 weeks postpartum, I also need to rest when I get certain cues. So once Mack decides to nap, I’ll be putting my feet up too. >> I’ll be getting back to messages when I get a minute later today - someone won’t let me put them down 👶
Day 2 and I’m already realizing how much I was emotionally eating before. Doing the bed time stuff with the kids by myself hasn’t been easy - pretty sure Kiley is still awake 🙄 I find myself sitting here craving something sweet to eat just because I’m frustrated and tired. I’m not hungry, I’ve actually had a lot to eat today! This feeling is the one that purely comes from emotion and I had been giving in to it a bit too often.
We all need that release sometimes, but does it always have to be food? •It’s time to find a better outlet•

There are a ton of reasons WHY I wanted to hop back into working out - but my kids are one of my biggest motivators. They are always watching 👀 and I want them to grow up with healthy habits in the house.
Working out from home can be tough with three kids, but it’s not impossible. Kiley joined me in my workout ((see my IG story)) while the boys napped. Both Rocco & Mack woke up crying in the last 10 minutes but I wasn’t about to let that be my excuse for quitting - pop a pacifier in the baby’s mouth and let the other hang in his crib for a few 👊 No one said this routine had to be perfect! It’s about getting it done despite all the things LIFE throws at you!

Dulu saat masih kecil banyak hal2 kecil yg mama ajarkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari keluarga. mulai dari membereskan ranjang setelah bangun tidur, makan tidak boleh bersuara, tidak boleh mengambil milik orang lain sampai tidak boleh menyalakan TV saat malam hari. Mama selalu menjelaskan mengenai alasan setiap apa yg dia ajarkan. Namun karena masih terlalu lugu saya selalu menyepelekan hal itu dan gak pernah cari tau apa makna dari setiap ajaran dan larangan mama. saking sepelenya, saya gak pernah terpikir bahwa hal itu akan berguna di masa depan saya.
hingga akhirnya kini saya sadar dengan semua kebaikan yg mama ajarkan, disaat kini saya sudah memiliki anak. semua kebaikan yg mama ajarkan adalah semata2 agar kita menjadi pribadi yg baik serta santun di lingkungan kita. begitupun hal2 tersebut juga saya terapkan untuk anak2 saya karena saya ingin mereka menjadi pribadi yg baik dan santun dimasa depan.
itulah mengapa hal kecil yg mama ajarkan kepada saya menjadi sesuatu yg sangat bermanfaat bagi saya yang juga seorang ibu. hal kecil itulah yg akhirnya menjadikan aku dan anak2 kelak menjadi pribadi yg baik. dari sesuatu yg kecil, namun sarat makna untuk kehidupanku. •
