There are times when we must choose to walk away from all sorts of situations, people, places and quite honestly, even ourselves, if it will serve our greatest good. We can not control the actions, thoughts, feelings or words of others but we can however, control our own. When we choose to become aware of this simple truth, we then may feel at ease and can roam freely in the green pasture of our own life🙏🏽🙌🏽✨🕉💗❤️🔥💗💕🌈🌸⚡️🦆✌🏽. #goatwisdom#pennsylvania#northerner#theunconventionalyogi
The cloud has hidden the sun
But here I still lay
The breeze blows into a run
Yes here I still lay
The rain failed to pull a fast one
So here I still lay
You can tell I'm a Northerner! Trying to get the most from the day. I packed a blanket and a book - the weather doesn't tell me when it's time to leave. I do!

I took up fly fishing after my grandfather passed away recently. The last thing he gave was a copy of A River Runs Through It. Shortly after that I came to inherit a fly rod hand made for him by my uncle who would ultimately teach me to use it. This tiny bass is the culmination of hours of learning to fly fish, hard work, wading through mud and muck, and all sorts of frustration. Not only that, it stands for the passing of a rod and knowledge over three generations. After all that, catching this guy felt like better than I could put in words.
Thank you Nicole for letting me debut this amazing photo of me. I admire everything you do with a lens. It's plain to see that you put passion and pride into every picture you take. The product is more than just a picture. The picture you took of my first fish on a fly rod captured what it was to me. Something beautiful, grande, and a piece of family tradition. You captured a tiny fish as if it were trophy. Few people can capture the true meaning of a moment with a camera the way you can.
All coffee has different solubility. This depends on several different factors, mainly green coffee attributes in relationship with roasting. To be on top of things when tasting in a cupping format you need to dial in all coffee individually if you want to compare them properly. In my case that results in the same ratio (1:17) with different grind size.
#throwbackthursday to March 2017 where I was shortlisted for a Northern Power Women's award @northernpowerwomen in the one to watch category. Took my mum along & had an inspiring night there! Reminds me I've still got LOTS to achieve!!
