When I re-upped with @weightwatchers they said my welcome pack was on its way! I figured just some pamphlet with a few recipes & forgot about it to be honest. But woah, totally surprised to get home today & see all this swag! The collapsible food containers 😍& infuser water bottle 💦🍓 I had a hangry moment yesterday at the office & dug into our candy stash but TRACKED it all. I really felt the effects of what all that sugar & junk did to me after eating healthy for a few days. This little welcome pack was just the boost I needed to get my mind back on track.

3️⃣ I'm so obsessed with #trashtv , my rehearsal dinner is being held at a restaurant owned and run by a Real Housewife.
4️⃣ My fiancé and I have four cats. If you've ever wondered how many cats is too many, I can tell you from experience that it's four.
5️⃣ I'm obsessed with #harrypotter . I read the books a few times per year, I LOVE the audio books recorded by Jim Dale, and the movies are pretty good too.

When I first went to see Brad Jensen, (my nutrition and fitness consultant), I was at a low. I never felt good, I was always tired, I was always sick, and I hated looking in the mirror. I had tried every diet out there. I was constantly losing weight and gaining it right back, and felt horrible while on those diets. My goal was to lose 30 pounds and keep it off. It's been way too long since I made these green beans! They're @emilybitesblog Garlic Roasted Green Beans with Almonds. So good! 2sp per serving. I had two servings for 4sp along with a piece of salmon 6sp for dinner. 10sp total!

Brad just had his body composition tested. 🙌🏻 He was understandably thrilled 🕺🏻 to report that he is now down to 10% body fat at 181 pounds as opposed to his starting weight of 294 pounds back in January. 🎉

We’re at the half-way point of our September health and fitness group...and with this challenge, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and take on a totally different workout program. Annnnd it involves this gloriously BRUTAL band, along with weights and cardio. Needless to say....this one is TOUGH for me!
The nutrition plan is the same...HOWEVER, I increased my carbs a bit this go-around (my body thanks me for this) 🙌🏻, I’m still drinking my daily superfood shake of PURE goodness (365er)....and my workouts are ONLY 30 MINUTES!!! 🤸♀️ .
I’m pretty sure I can handle 30 minutes of fitness, and an easy, satisfying meal plan for a lifetime of healthiness 💃💪🏻 Actually, I’m fairly positive ANYONE can make that “sacrifice”...right??? .

The cooler weather today has me dreaming of the Fall!! 🍂🍁
