“2017 was definitely My Year!! January 11th I turned 38. I looked at myself and knew this just wasn’t going to cut it anymore.. so I made the Biggest & Best decision of my life, aside from marrying my sweet hubby, and took control of my Health and Life! The Yo-Yo diet life was over, and I embarked on my healthy life transformation on Jan 17th. I made it through all the holidays and temptations that have always derailed me in the past 👊🏻 Not only have I physically transformed, but I have also developed a healthy mindset.. saying “no thank you” to the yummy food and drinks hasn’t been hard at all. *huge victory* I weighed this morning and am DOWN 107lbs in 11.5 months 🎉🎉🎉 I mean, is this real life? Yes, it is!! 2018 will be Our Year!!! We are setting Big Goals and Dreaming Big! I’m excited to begin transitioning and begin to think about working out, because I want to, not because I have to. **side note.. I wore these leggings at our dirt bike race last January in freezing weather working the gate, because jeans aren’t comfy when you’re big.. Now I wear jeans all the time, and they fit comfortably even after pulling them out of the dryer 👊🏻🙌🏻😂*” two very different pictures right here with one little difference. The idea for my snack today was a sweet potato with my homemade marinara sauce over the top but ran out of sweet potatoes! Mi sono avanzate un po' di pere cotte nel vino dell'altra sera.. e sto ritornando a masticare cose morbidine 💪 quindi...
🍩 CIAMBELLINE SOFFICI CIOCCOLATO, PERA E VINO ROSSO 🍷
Le pere sono state fatte cuocere in un tegame stretto e profondo con 250ml di vino e 250ml di acqua; chiodi di garofano, anice stellato, cannella e scorzetta d'arancia. Il tutto fatto cuocere con il coperchio, girando le pere di tanto in tanto fin che non si sono ammorbidite. Una volta pronte ho lasciato ridurre il sughetto 😜😍 Per le ciambelline (con queste dosi me ne sono venute 6) ho fatto un impasto con: 10g di farina d'avena, 10g di farina di grani antichi integrale, 50g di yogurt greco, 20g di albume, 5g di whey alla vaniglia, 5g di cacao amaro, 20ml di latte, e 50g di pere cotte tagliate a cubetti piccoli con paio di cucchiai del loro sughetto di cottura. 
Tutto in forno preriscaldato a 180° ventilato per circa 20-25 minuti.
