Last nights workout #inspired by @annahuldaolafs’ #pregnancy and now postpartum journey 🏋🏼♀️🤰🏼💪🏼 #shesabeast Training upto and on the day she delivered at 40+ week’s #pregnancygoals She got 💩 at times but that never stopped or slowed her down.
Monday’s are always crazy busy but made time to squeeze in a quick #sweatsesh after work last night: 3x 6 min AMRAP WODs.
Round 1: 21 - 15 - 9
DB Snatch (15kg/33lb)
25 Deadlifts (60kg/132lb)
25 Wall Balls (7kg/15lb)
25 Cal Assault Bike (was suppose to be Row but all the rowers near by weren’t working properly)
25 (modified) handstand push-ups
30 Clean & Jerk (40kg/88lb)
5 (Modified) Burpees EMOM

Don’t know about your kids but mine have 2 hour delay tomorrow and they are thrilled about it!
