Prep update for my Pro Debut.
3️⃣ weeks of prep down & I’m loving every minute of it because my body is morphing into a new physique day by day.
My cardio is nothing crazy and my macros really haven’t changed. I kept my off season pretty clean for the most part, but I did a lot of work in the gym to build my pre-prep foundation and worked on what I needed too. I’m loving the process of this prep and I’m not stressing out one bit. •
Some people have been asking me: How’s your mindset ⁉️.
Who’s your competition⁉️.
What are your expectations⁉️. I’m not in competition with anyone, but myself and I’m only focused on is making sure this prep kicks my USA physique look on stage. It’s an honor and a privilege to be stepping on stage with all these IFBB Pro’s; some of who I look up too, and will be now sharing the stage with. I’ll almost be able to showcase all of my hard work that put in over the years to be where I am now and thats on pro stage. I’ll think to myself “I did it” I achieved my dream, I proved others wrong, I finished what I started with the help of @kimbooddo who encouraged/supported me & finally look up to God and thank him for the whole journey, the people who stayed and left, & how it made me the person I was to start with, finish & everything in between. I feel like on prep you don’t just prep physically, but you prep and transform mentally and spiritually too, which is MY ULTIMATE reason why I love bodybuilding because it gives you PMS of ✌🏻 types.

I always hear people making excuses like I could never get a flat tummy I had a c-section and loose skin. My answer to you is BS it just takes a lot of hard work. Your body can do things you never thought possible. This is a picture of my very imperfect tummy... I have stretch marks, loose skin and I have had two c-sections. I still have 12 weeks to transform my body. The body can do some amazing things. If you want something just go for it!!! #fitness#loveyourself#npcbikini
❗️Quick life update❗️: I literally weighed myself yesterday for the first time in a LONG time and I’m 13 lbs above stage weight (5 months post show). Because life has been stressful this past month (escrow sucks) I’ve been eating whatever I want but just being mindful. There’s times where I make it to the gym 6x or 5x a week. 🤷🏻♀️ all I know is that I’m trying my best with everything on my plate right now. The gym is a place where I relieve stress and I for sure take it out on the weights! I’m also so lucky to have 🍌 cause he picks up my slack and really becomes THE MAN! #zaddy . Gonna be 12 long ass weeks. But when I say I'm gonna do something, I do it, so I don't want to change that this time either. Diet is still about 70% clean 30% junk but consistency is key. Keto starts probably 8 weeks out. For right now it's about 50% carb, 30% protein, 20% fat.

The last month I’ve been really put off traditional weight training every day. I feel that for so long I was doing it because it’s what I thought I had to do, in order to be a body builder I must train like it’s been shown all body builders must train?
Well now that my focus is completely not on body building at all! I’m mixing my trainings completely up. For the past two days all I’ve done is circuit based training and the only weight I have used is a kettlebell! I’ve seriously enjoyed feeling pushed to my limit through my cardiovascular fitness, circuit based interval style training with small rest periods has made me feel so good I love leaving the gym sweaty as anything!
The point I want to make though is that don’t let anyone make you feel like you have to do something a certain way. Fitness is not one particular thing or style it’s what ever makes you feel fit!

Finally got into the gym tonight after ✌🏻 days off from traveling and it felt sooo good! Hit new maxes on 3 lifts tonight (some of that credit goes to pre-workout oreos because #carbpump ) & wrecked upperbody. Plus I got to see my bff 😊💎 #minigains
