This is my mantra for work today, and so far so good 👌🏼 I’m studying on my lunch break and I’ll be studying as soon as I get home. It’s going to be a long day but I’ve got my coffee and I’m feeling determined 💪🏼
What do you think of this

So many thanks to Dr. Plestis, our amazing Chief of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at Lankenau Heart Institute- for an incredible conference this weekend! The Philadelphia Cardiovascular Summit has been a fantastic and educational multidisciplinary Cardiovascular conference, including cardiac surgeons, non invasive, interventional and EP cardiologists. Dr. Plestis and I have plans to discuss how options in integrative medicine and plant based diet can help our cardiovascular patients at main line health. #womeninmedicine#cardiologist#plantbased
I can attest that October 1st will be a day no one in Vegas will forget. It was a day of tragedy, yet a day that our community came together and built a strong sense of camaraderie and strength for one another. People think Las Vegas is only a place of sin, but October 1st proved that completely wrong. It’s a day that will always be well ingrained into my mind - A day that we all became Vegas Strong 💪🏼 #VegasStrong#Vegas#SunriseStrong#ILoveLV#VegasBaby
Happy Saturday Babes...meet Chelsea, a single Mama of a handsome little boy. Read on for today’s inspiring #riseandthrive story 💙
My name is Chelsea Klingelhutz and this is my Thrive Experience.
All things that, one year ago, defined me: -Exhausted
A year ago (almost to the date) I made the most difficult decision of my life. I left my husband and the father of my child to ensure that I would at least get a chance to a happy life. So I found myself in a position where I was so lost and terrified. I abruptly went from a household of two incomes to just one and trying to raise a baby.
Then entered Thrive. I was lucky enough to have the most wonderful, compassionate, and caring team of people reach out to me and offer to help get me back on my feet. I started with a sample pack of Thrive and was immediately sold. I also started promoting from Day One to make sure that I could support myself and my son.
Fast forward one year, and I can't imagine my life without Thrive and that team that I work with. Every day, I am inspired by more and more success stories. Thrive truly changes lives! Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and financially.
I hope that my story is proof of that and I can't wait to help others start their Thrive Journeys!
Does Chelsea’s story resonate with you? Let’s chat...you deserve it!
Heat and a headwind had me hating the later half of this run, y’all. Running is honestly a lot like being a nurse. Day to day, I don’t know what I’ll be facing when I step out to run or head to work. Some weeks are great, others not so much. This week has been tough from a training and work standpoint. Work was busy and emotionally difficult and I just felt slow and tired on many of my runs. Nursing and running can both be so unpredictable and show you the strength you didn’t know you had. Hug your loved ones, y’all. Love them well, tell them often. Despite all the feelings I had during this run, I’m thankful and blessed my body allows me to do this. Happy Saturday, friends 💕🏃🏽♀️
Here Dr. Glenn is showing Darlin our Lab technician if this patient has TB. Luckily enough they don’t. But we were exposed to so many patients with TB. Propitiously none of us contracted one. 👨🏻⚕️👩🏼🔬
#SpiritualSaturdays | Leave worry, stress, and despair behind as you learn to lead your life with vision, inspired action, and an inner state of creativity. If an anxious thought or worry comes into your head, make a brief note of it and then continue to your day. Remind yourself that you’ll have time to think about it later, so there’s no need to worry about it right now. #bhealthwellness
