#tbt to last night’s quickest dinner. 💫 There’s something so satisfying about a piece of wild salmon over greens. All those omegas-3 and nutrients, maybe? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Your body is not hungry for calories, your body is hungry for NUTRIENTS. 👊
👩🏻🍳: Threw the wild salmon in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes, and then placed it on a bed of arugula, @wildbrine kimchi, nutritional yeast and a drizzle of coconut aminos. Other than the time it took to cook, this took me 5 minutes to prepare. #noexcuses

As I post this I am really realizing how many snacks I eat on the go. Do you do the same? Good chance you do! We are all so busy that it is inevitable. I am usually snacking after I leave my @nutritionenergy office, en route to picking up my three kids. Today's snack is a fav. of mine. @88acres seed bars are absolutely perfect! I love the combinations of flavors; the chocolate and sea salt...and the ginger apple.
