Work lunches dont have to be boring, time consuming or expensive! I made this in about 5 minutes. Its all from Paknsave and all affordable & nutricious.
I keep this all in the work fridge to just grab but you can keep it at home and put in a container in the morning before work aswell.
Roast potatoes (I usually have a bunch of roast veges in the fridge to grab and add for the week)
Peppered smoked salmon
You dont need a dressing. The kraut and salmon make up for it. I heat the potatoes for 1 min, add spinch & heat for 30 secs, add salmon and kraut and EAT 🌿🍇☇ .

2scoop protein (I use WPI but you can use vegan forms too!)
200ml milk (can use water or coconut water too!)
1tsp Flaxseed oil --

I am so grateful I never had a problem with her when it came to veggies, fruits and food in general. I always encouraged her try different types of food and she always watched me do it as well. She eats all types of food, Vietnamese, Japanese, Latin, American, Authentic Chinese, Italian, Greek and more. She even enjoys eating seafood and vegetarian meals. She’s awesome! I say we keep encouraging our kids to try new things and establishing good eating habits that include nutritious foods everyday. 😊
Today is a busy day, Sunday always is with meal prep and baking healthier snacks for in the littles packed lunches for the week.
Today felt like a green smoothie kind of day, I generally listen to my body and give it what it is wanting and needing and it usually doesn't steer me wrong.
This green smoothie is fantastic for Migraines and rehydraying the body.
This is a green smoothie and I don't like my green smoothies too sweet, for the children or those with a sweeter tooth you can add in a large banana.
Ingredients to make two-three servings:
1 green apple, cored and chopped into chunks.
1 celery stick, stringy bits removed and chopped into chunks.
1/2 small melon I used a snowball water melon. rind removed and in chunks.
1 pear, cored and chopped.
8 large fresh basil leaves.
1 large handful of lambs lettuce or spinach.
1/2 cucumber chopped into chunks.
1 TBSP nutri greens powder of choice (I use @aldiuk version)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pinch of himalayan pink salt
1 cup of coconut water.
optional: a large banana for sweetness.
Add all to a blender jug, add ice if you have it. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
