Good evening ladies. Or good night rather, as I'm going straight to sleep after this! A late check in today. Morning #tiubootycall was 45mins spin. I over slept, arrived late, but still made it! Busy day at work, followed all meal guidelines for today. But golly gee, I was craving a vanilla almond milk latter like crazy today! I've stopped putting stevia in my coffee and was definitely missing it this AM! When I arrived home from work, I had a TIU bar as a M4.5, in addition to 2tbsp peanut butter as I was starving and new I couldn't workout without something! (The chia seed pudding is good but not enough for me!). PMWO was the #7dsd video + best 10 min ab wo from #tiubikiniseries. I also managed to do 5 pull ups moving on from my 4! (I started doing sets of 3 last week as I had finally put my pull up bar up after a year without it!). I do a little hop up to get started but eventually want to do from dead weight. Anyway, this here very smoothie was Wednesday's breakfast. You know, cos #gridtheme. 💜 Day 4✅ good job ladies!! 🙌🏽.

Paused squats are a great way to build explosiveness out of the bottom portion of the movement. To perform the movement you need to perform a squat but at the bottom of the movement, hold it or come to a complete stop, then explode back up. As seen by Andrew in the video, I have him doing pauses to work on that explosiveness as well as teaching him to stay tight throughout the entire movement.

"MUSCLE-MAKER" MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil • 4 Egg Whites • 1 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk • 150g Yogurt • 1 Cup Almond Flour • 2 Scoops PURE Nutrition Technology Vanilla Custard Whey
• 2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract • 1 Tsp Baking Powder • 1 Tsp Baking Soda • 1/2 Tsp Salt • 1 Cup Carob Chips 
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and place liners in muffin tin.
2. In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (flour, whey, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
3. In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil, buttermilk, vanilla.
4. With a spatula, slowly fold wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Once the ingredients are incorporated, fold in the carob chips.
5. Fill the muffin liners about 2/3 of the way and bake for 20 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the center of the muffin.
6. Transfer to a rack and let cool.

peel & rasp 2 apples leave them byside and start to 
beat 2 freerange Eggs
Add 1 cup white plain yoghurt
2,5 cups Oats
3 tbsp honey 
1 tbsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
5 dates cut in small slices
handfull nuts
handfull chia-flexseeds
Now the rasped apples
1 cup almond milk
When well mixed pour the mixture in the prepared muffin-pan
Decorate with different kind of berries, nuts or whatever u love to and bake for 30 min / 165 C

коль вчера зашла речь о еде, давайте я поделюсь с вами своим рационом на день:
.
🍼завтрак - это основа основ: всегда крупа (сегодня рис), всегда семена+масло (или оливковое/сливочное), хлебец, яблоко!🍏зеленое!вот без него завтрак не завтрак!и ещё могу добавить какой-либо ништячок в виде горького шоколада (ну ооочень редко) + 🥚 яйцо; итого мой завтрак зачастую составляет от 450 до 600 ккал💪🏼 + за утро я выпиваю 1-1,5 л чистой воды точно, ибо мои сборы длятся 2 часа😂.иногда я могу не съесть ломтик хлеба, но в день ног (ягодиц) мой завтрак таковой - по максимуму в 540 ккал точно;
🍼перекус: 🍏 иногда не бывает перекуса/дни разные;
🍼обед: мясо/кура + чуть гарнира из гречи или риса (менее 60г в сухом)+овощи;
🍼3-й приём: иногда творог, чаще куриный шашлык + овощи (на работе в кафе могу брать), все ок. 170-200г;
🍼4-й; как получится, иногда бывает, а иногда чай с лимоном😂...белок и овощи; яйца, или тушенная говядина/кура с овощами.

Can't get enough 😋😋😋 super yummy energy balls made of:
12 dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp natural unsweetened cacao powder
1 tbsp quick oats
Handfull wal- or cashewnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Some vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconutoil
Shot maple syrup
Put everything in to a foodprocessor and blend on high speed --> form the balls and roll them in shredded coconut or cacao powder
