So....some days I have it more together than others... but many days you will find me in mismatched socks because the brand and style I love and, at one time, had a ton of (and can no longer find), are slowly coming up with holes in the bottoms. Instead of throwing out a pair, I save the sock that is still good and just wear it with whatever other sock is without it's twin. I know...fancy.
Also, the top picture is what my afternoon snack looks like on a normal day. The bottom picture is what it looks like when I am having a massive chocolate craving. Fortunately, a sprinkling, ok who am I kidding, an actual DUMP of chocolate Shakeology usually does the trick. Most times, I really can curb my cravings just fine with just this. Other times, not. Today is still up for debate. 🙈🤦🏼♀️ Workout today was CLX Push Circuit 3 (only 32 minutes) and I went HEAVY with the weights. I also made up my 10 minute ab workout I neglected to do yesterday and got in a three mile walk. Good day. Note to self...remember how hard you worked earlier today in an hour when your sweet tooth starts in again. The struggle is really, really real. 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪 Stay strong - yes you can. It was around 4 months since when I last tried my max rep, which was 87.5, and today with 100Kg (1.38 my bodyweight and 12.5Kg of difference since last 1RM) I call it a hundred on my bench press max!
Dedication and determination are slowly slowly paying off the efforts 💪
Today's workout has been brought to you by the letter A. I tried a new one today. Insanity Asylum! The name itself almost put me in panic mode, but they say your body will only go as far as your mind takes it. I decided to test that theory. You don't know how good it feels to push your body to its limits until you do it. To think one year ago I could barely do one push-up and now I'm doing shit like this. It all began with the decision to start. Who's ready to join me?

This is a pr of 6 plates a side on the reverse hack squat. I am very happy with my bodyfat and strength ratio at 9 weeks out from the Grand Rapids and 10 weeks out from the Michigan NPC bodybuilding show.
