◽Берём и качаем , вроде звучит легко , да и вообще что там  делать , скручиваешся вот тебе и пресс. Не там то было , мышцы кора это одно сплошная мышца , нету нижняя и верхняя мышца , она одна (цельная ). Поэтому в основном она задействована целиком . Вроде говорят , зачем пресс , лучше быть сильным , но вот вам секрет💣💣💣 чем лучше развиты мышцы кора (пресс) тем лучше защищены ваши внутренние органы , от всех нагрузок ,например таких упражнения как присед или становая тяга и д.р. 🏋
◽Для развития мышц кора надо делать огромный комплекс различных упражнения 💥💥💥, а не просто крутиться , уделять этой мышце не мало внимания и времяни , так как ее объем не уступает другим большим мышцам нашего тела например , ромбовидной или даже широчайшей .
◽ Для лучшего развития объема данной мышца , лучше работать с отягощением , но это уже другой уровень , для начала , хотя бы надо научиться правильно крутиться 🤔.
◽А хотите что бы так называемый пресс был виден всем на показ , надо научиться правильно питаться , следить за своим рационом , количеством поглощеных угливодов , белков и жиров ( и что самое важное каких именно и кого качества  УБЖ) 🍗🍚🍅🍌🍏 высщетать нужный вам коллораж и набраться терпения , так как это будет не просто , если это было просто , все бы этот делали .

I can't say that working from home in my pyjamas was on my vision board until it actually happened but it became reality and now it is my dream life. 
No alarm clock (except for a tiny human dictating my schedule), no boss, free to design my day as I please. 
I just put Huxley down for a nap. We've been up since 6:30am playing and having breakfast. I've answered some emails and already booked 2 free nutrition consults. 
It's not always glamourous but it is the best, most rewarding job ever - for me. 
Raising my little one while helping others regain their health back and/or helping them design their days, too!

Ground flax seeds are something we incorporate into our diets on a regular  basis - they're super nutrient dense, low in carbs while high in fiber. The little seeds are the richest food source of omega fatty acids and lignans (powerful antioxidants/cancer fighters.) Flax seeds have been known to help regulate hormones, aid in digestion and support the immune system. To unlock the nutrient power, grind the seeds prior to using and store the seeds in the fridge once open to prevent oxidization.

🥑Tofu Avocado Collard Wraps🥑
I'm a huge fan of tofu! Most of the time I end up eating it plain and uncooked and diced in salads. It's pretty flavourless and will take on the flavour of anything else in the meal. 
Tofu is a great source of protein (10g per 1/2 cup), calcium and iron. 
For a quick lunch this week, I've been making these wraps. Spread hummus on Collard greens then add sliced extra firm tofu, avocado, cucumber, red peppers and or cherry tomatoes.

Roasted capsicum filled with sautéed onion, tomato chutney, spinach, red kidney beans and curried quinoa 😋
Recipe - for 2
2 large red capsicums 
1 brown onion diced
1/2 can red kidney beans rinsed
2 tsp curry powder
3 tbs tomato chutney
1 cup cooked quinoa 
Handful of spinach 
1 tbs olive oil

Cook quinoa according to packet instructions - set aside

Sauté onion in olive oil, add curry powder, chutney, spinach and red kidney beans and lightly pan fry. Combine with quinoa and fill the inside of a red capsicum.

- thinks that low carb diet is eating all the bacon and butter. - looks on flexible diet as the best way to fit junk into the macros.
- trains 7 days a week and complains about bad recovery.
- wants to look athletic just doing cardio.
- and, of course, still looks for the miraculous 30days transformation diet to achieve a beach body. NO fruits, cause too much carbs!🤔

Lo primero para cocer el cous cous se necesita la misma cantidad de agua que cous cous. Con esa premisa clara empezamos.

🔜, pon la cantidad de agua que vayas a utilizar en un vaso y añádele un chorritin de aove, especias: ajo, curry, perejil, menta... juega con ellas; y un pelín de sal, si eso (no es necesario).

🔜 A continuación calienta el agua en el microondas durante 1 minuto  o menos.

🔜 saca del micro y vierte en el vaso el cous cous, tapa el vaso enseguida, con un platito por ejemplo, para que se vaya cociendo dentro del propio vaso, (5min).

Why did we load this recipe with Raspberries? ✨ They contain a phytochemical called ellagic acid, which has been clinically shown to cause cell death (apoptosis) in certain cancer cells.

✨ They have been shown to inhibit the inflammatory enzymes that are responsible for pain associated with arthritis, gout and other inflammatory conditions.

My eldest minis school is a 15-20 minute car journey away, but she often asks if we can ride. I am also struggling to fit in daily exercise so now when the sun is shining, I drop big minis bike at school in the morning and in the afternoon park the car 30 minutes from school at a park they love and walk to grab her. It's a win win win as I get exercise, big mini gets to ride from school and we all get to enjoy the park, view and sunshine! #getmotivated #find30 #fittingitin

It's good to see they offer flavors everyone can enjoy, nondairy, kosher, vegan, allergen-free. We took the ice cream factory tour in bucolic Vermont and learned a fun fact. Ben of Ben & Jerry's can't taste well, so when testing ice cream flavors, he added more and more chunks of chocolate until he could taste them enough. Way to use your challenges for good!

🍜 This really awesome Hakka dish is actually my favourite. Before you go all crazy on me saying "What do you mean by choice of noodles does not matter so much?" and "They're all refined!" or "But the soup is high in sodium" or "The fish paste is processed", listen to me. I get it. Yes it's all that and more BUT look, unless you're eating to become a bodybuilder, I gotta say welcome to real life my friend. Where eating out especially in Singapore WILL happen at least once in a week. Where you'll probably be stuck at a hawker centre not knowing what to eat. Now this is where I come in.⠀

🍜 The choice of noodles do not matter especially when you're surrounded by other not so nutritious foods in a hawker place. In fact, it doesn't matter if you choose the bee hoon or yellow noodles or even la mian, the calorie and nutrition does not differ so much. They're all complex carbs and you can refer back to my Noodles vs Rice to learn more about this.⠀

🥗 I suggest filling your bowl up with lots and lots of veggies though. Green leafy ones and the fish paste stuffed veggies. That way you know you're getting fibre in and you can never go wrong with veggies.⠀

🍲 Dry or soup, again it doesn't matter so much. Except that you may wanna go easy on the sauce if you're going dry. Yes I know the soup may be totes high in sodium but I'll leave sodium on a separate post entirely.⠀

🍽 When eating out, don't sweat the small stuffs. Don't sweat about being all organic or you know, kale only. Instead, focus on piling up your plate with lots of nutritious food, when you can. ⠀

🍽 Remember, you don't eat out all the time. But when you're stuck outside with your friends, especially in Singapore, simply make (even slightly) better choices. That's it and then go back to eating your planned meals when you can.⠀

1. Eat regular meals & snacks - providing your body with a steady flow of energy from food throughout the day will prevent your blood sugars dropping & your brain going into hangry mode. Breakfast is a meal that is key to this, especially if you often get hangry in the afternoon, aka 3:30-itis. ✌🏼

Ótima opção pra quem fiz que nao gosta de abacate.O sabor fica incrível! 🔝👌 Além disso, o abacate é um ótimo modulador do cortisol, conhecido como hormônio do estresse e o maracujá um ótimo calmante, além de ter índice glicêmico baixo. Logo essa combinação pra ceia é perfeita! ✔
Usei 1/2 abacate + 1 polpa de maracujá e bati no liquidicador. Não adocei mas pra quem quiser pode usar adoçar 2 col. de chá de açúcar de coco. Se seu objetivo é emagrecimento pode usar 1/4 do abacate ou preparar a receita e dividir em duas partes. Pra quem gostar, acrescentar por cima nibs de cacau também fica bom demais! 👌
