I was making some avocado toast this morning and @youneedavicky sent me an interesting article on @dailymail about the model @alycecrawford who suffers with IBS. The article explained how she can look 6 months pregnant after eating a bit of guacamole. It’s a really good example of how nutrition should be personalised. #avocadotoast is so trendy and of course, is super healthy. Why wouldn’t everyone benefit from eating it? Что нужно: 🌱200 мл молока с минимальным % жирности
🌱1 порция кофе эспрессо 🌱(30-50 мл)
🌱1 ч. ложка меда
🌱1 ч. ложка молотой корицы
🌱80 г ягод (малина, клубника, ежевика). Я делаю иногда без ягод как на фото.
🌱щепотка какао-порошка без сахара

Что делать:

Смешайте все ингредиенты в блендере. Напиток можно по желанию остудить в холодильнике 10-15 минут. 
Кофеин возбуждает работу центральной нервной системы, а сочетание меда и корицы улучшает физическую подвижность и концентрацию внимания, повышает жизненные функции организма, а также содействует при похудении слегка)) В ягодах содержится много витаминов, которые никогда не будут лишними))
Ребята, все понимают, что из ягод и меда мы получаем заряд энергии и витамины, а из молока небольшое, но большое, но все кол-во белка и Ca, и углеводы, но молочные. Поэтому коктейль энергетический.

Not my normal pre training pose but I'm feeling quite proud of what I've achieved since Xmas.

Over Xmas, like everyone, I enjoyed a mince pie or 6 and didn't count a single macro. 
I didn't weigh myself as I thought that was pointless and just went with how I felt. 
Since new year I cleaned my diet back up (less biscuits), got back in to training and tah dah here I am.

As I get closer and closer to qualifying as a sports nutritionist  I think it's important to show I practise what I preach.

No fad diets, no ridiculous juices just eat and training. 
Since new year I've ate normal food, I've not restricted myself and I feel good.

I can't wait to have clients....if anyone will want me.😂 We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. -

She has two sons and a very energetic future daughter in law who all help her.

Her specialties are local food items, such as homemade saurkraut and all kinds of root vegetables, ... she also sells free range eggs and occasionally a chicken or two - to a friend.

Dacă ești interesat de managementul greutății, nu ar trebui sa sari peste micul dejun, știu ca timpul este problema noastră nr. 1, dar alimentația ar trebui sa fie una din prioritățile tuturor, iată câteva idei simple ca să te facă sa nu mai ratezi micul dejun : îl poți pregăti de seara, te poți trezi mai devreme cu 5-10 min, sau poți lua în mașină un #sandwich sau o sticluță de #iaurt și o #banana și le poți consuma pana ajungi la birou. Feeling 100% the last few days. Have been making a big effort to have a night time 'routine' & definitely noticing a difference. Instead of Netflix and sitting on the couch after a big day, I am getting outdoors for a swim or a sauna, doing a few skin care tips I saw on @lonijane's profile (such as coconut oil, witch hazel and aloe Vera on skin), drinking plenty of water (adding some charcoal in there), foam rolling or stretching & playing a bit of piano. Good for the soul 🌈😉 #ccdietitian
