Baked Sweet Potato Mash n' Egg 🍳 
1 🥔boiled sweet potato + 1 🥚egg + handful of 🍃🍃spinach + Tabasco +  sea salt + fresh ground pepper 
Peel sweet potato and chop in cubes, boil in saucepan until soft. Drain water and mash. Add smashed sweet potato into a lightly oiled cast iron frying pan. Make a hole in the middle and add raw egg. Bake at 400 degrees until egg is cooked. I.am.shattered. No reason (except twins 🤷🏼‍♀️) anyway I could barely muster up the energy to stand up this evening let alone cook so a simple tea was needed. Oefening 4: Omdat je ideale leven zich niet van de ene op de andere dag kan ontwikkelen, daag ik je uit om 30 dagen elke dag stil staat bij jouw ideale leven, en wat jij moet veranderen om het te bereiken.
Wanneer je dit echt wilt bereiken, zul je er tijd en aandacht aan moeten besteden. Maak elke dag vijf minuten tijd vrij om hierbij stil te staan en noteer het. Ook al is het elke dag grotendeels het zelfde, prent het jezelf in.
Vergeet de beren op de weg. Er is namelijk altijd wel een reden om iets niet te doen..

Sea Bass is one of my FAVES. I might love sea bass more than my own mother (jk I love you mom)...but I ain’t down with paying almost $30 a pound. Whenever I see it on sale I’m all OVER IT .

{Sauce: in a pan add garlic, shallots, lemon juice, lemon zest and white wine. Bring to a boil and cook until most has been cooked out. Then bring to a simmer and add a tsp of butter, dill, and capers. Set aside.
Fish: season with salt and pepper and sear on both sides in a hot pan for about 3 min per side. You want that crispay skin! Then transfer to a 450 oven just for a minute or two until cooked. You do not want to overlook this fish 🙅🏽‍♀️Once fish is finished drizzle with sauce and enjoy the hell out of it!}

Here’s a very simple green smoothie that I love to make & hopefully you’ll love to make it too🤙🏼It’s perfect for any time of the day & it’s really tasty😋 It was my breakfast this morning & it only takes about 5 minutes to whip up. Took me a little longer because of the photo though😅 #worthit • 
All you need👉🏼 a blender, 2 cups of tightly packed spinach, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 medium sized banana (frozen or room temp), 1/2 cup of frozen mango, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple, 1/2 scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder (~16g), 2 tbsp of chia seeds, and 1/2 tbsp matcha of your choice! Next step... blend it all until smooth and let sit for about 5 mins (optional). This will allow the chia seeds to soak up some of the liquid and thicken your smoothie. Add some agave (for vegans) or honey if you want added sweetness! •

Good morning!! 😃 Here is today’s second meal of the day! (Yes I started work early) I unfortunately ran out of spinach and didn’t remember that at the store last night so I didn’t have it this morning in my omelette but it was still delicious! The top left picture is the vegan smoked apple sausage I always slice up & brown beforehand. I usually brown 2 links worth so I have plenty to throw in with my eggs all wk long! Saves a little time in the the morning! 🙌🏻 Adding extra greens and veggies also makes it so much tastier, more nutritious & more filling! I used 3 egg whites and two whole eggs this morning for the omelette. And a handful of strawberries were devoured during the cooking process 🤷🏼‍♀️ Have a great Tuesday Fit Fam!👍🏻😋 💚💪🏼🌱
