Este cuidado puede ser tan simple como unas respiraciones profundas, una meditación, ejercicio, comer sano, incorporar los aceites cualquier cosa que nos haga feliz. As i arose this morning to the sounds of the rain's downfall & felt an unusual freshness in the air
My inner being yearned to be amongst it, with my Mandela throw in tow
I sat upon the cool deck with my legs crossed, hugging into eachother, sitting in this very moment in complete stillness
I began to become present within my surroundings inhaling & exhaling full body breaths
Allowing my channels to open & connect to the surrenity around me
Im seeking clarity, purity, creativity 🕉
As i ease back into reality my worries seem to diminish in severity & my mind free from the anxieties caused by these concerns
