Pumpkin brownies 🎃
My friend gave me a pumpkin, so I decided to make brownies! Used the improved sweet potato brownie recipe of @deliciouslyella for these, they turned out pretty good!
I liked the batter and the moment they came out of the oven the most though 🤔 The structure was a little strange for a brownie and they were not that sweet, but I still considered it a very nice snack 😋
I am so so busy at the moment with the last deadlines and upcoming exams, that I sometimes forget to post on here... Only one and a half week to go 💪🏼 -T
I'm a self professed "non-baker" but my inability to let things go to waste has created these: Flax meal, oat flour, zucchini, carrot🥕 ,banana🍌, spinach, walnut, pumpkin seed, fig squares. (Baking required, easier name needed) They were delicious and devoured whole by a toddler.
Birthday Cake Cookies around Birthday Cake Ice Cream. The cookies are oat and coconut flour based, perfect for anyone who has the tendency to eat a dozen cookies in one sitting that needs a healthier option.
1/3 Cup Oat flour
2 Tbsp Coconut flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Scoop Birthday Cake Protein
1 tsp Sweetener of Choice
3 Tbsp Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Nut Butter of Choice
Mix all the dry in one bowl, wet in another. Combine the two and mix well. Spoon onto parchment paper and place in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Recipe makes more than those two cookies.
