Needed a healthy snack with what we had in the house. So I made gluten free, dairy free oatmeal bars. Ingredients are oatmeal, applesauce, vanilla, stevia, cinnamon, one egg and coconut milk. Baked for half hour. #vegetarian#oatmeal#healthyeating#snack

Healthy Chocolate Overnight Oatmeal
2 1/2 cup almond milk, regular milk
3 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons cacao powder
4 T or more honey or agave
Mix all ingredients together, Feel free to add more or less honey to taste. Store in sealed jars or containers. Store for one to two nights. Serve w peanut or almond butter.
