No es mi cena y tiene mucho que mejorar (acepto sugerencias y mejoras) pero han quedado bastante decentes así que os doy la receta😊
✴Nachos caseros sanitos💁
➡150 gr de harina de avena
➡100ml de agua
➡2 pizcas de sal rosa del himalaya
La harina es la básica de avena de @mercadona
Se mezcla todo y se hacen bolitas del tamaño de un tomate mas o menos.
Se coloca 1 bola entre 2 papeles vegetales y se aplasta con un rodillo hasta que esté planito.
Se corta en triangulitos y al horno hasta que estén dorados (no se cuánto tiempo los he tenido)
Después he picado un tomate, un trozo de pimiento verde y otro rojo, ajo y cebolla en polvo y un frus frus de AOVE. 💜💜😋😋
La próxima vez probaré echando especias y esas cosas.

I can't believe it's been that long since this wonderful magical world was introduced into our muggle lives.
It wasn't until 3 years later when I was 10years-old that I first discovered HP and continuously borrowed out the released books from the school library.
I remember once, a bunch of kids in an older grade told me I was too young to be reading HP. And even though I had reread them so many times by that point, I shyly put the books back on the library shelf, only to quickly snatch them back when the older kids walked off😇 It was such a treat when my family latched on to my obsession and started buying them for me.
I had a difficult adolescence, struggling with a lot of inner demons, and HP became my only escape from life. It's crazy to think that a story can be so powerful it removes you from a place of pain and transports you to a place of peace.
Thank you to JK Rowling and Harry Potter for everything.
Recipe for oats- I combined a little coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a bowl. I then mixed this into my oats with @purecocobella coconut water and cooked!
Our oldest yougster loves his porridge! We like to give his oatmeal a little extra boost, and to save time we keep a basic mix in the pantry. It varies a bit but this is our most common blend:
• rolled oats
• flax seeds
• shredded coconut
• sesame seeds
• chia seeds
Mix it up and it's ready to go!
Absolutely freezing today! But I love winter over summer because I can snuggle in a big doona and eat warm bowls of oatmeal without sweating my face off 😋 Today I had oats with yogurt, sliced apple, mandarin in a @kezs_kitchen lamington bar for brekkie 👌🏻👌🏻

Did you know that sugar and honey are essentially the same thing?
Both sugar and honey are comprised of roughly equal amounts of glucose and fructose. The main difference being that in honey, the two molecules are seperate and not bound together - glucose and fructose. Sugar is sucrose. (Which is glucose and fructose already chemically bounded). Monosaccharides and disaccharides eventually become the same thing - meaning when you digest and break these down into individual sugars, regardless whether you consume white table sugar or honey, you will always end up with glucose and fructose separately.
So realllllly sugar is not satin and honey is not gods gift, although honey does have a higher nutrient value than plain sugar.
I personally prefer using honey because I enjoy the taste. 🍯But there you go.
