Mir war nach #porridge heute früh, genau was ich gebraucht habe, weil sich der Unterleib anfühlt als würden sich die Organe gegenseitig zerfleischen. War mit der leckeren Stärkung direkt besser zu ertragen. Danach ging es dann mit den Kids zum Großeinkauf und dann zum Training. 〰 after having a good talk yesterday night I decided I will do better today but I want to make a few changes 😊🌟💪
❗no more meal skipping bc I may go out for dinner or eat a bigger lunch / dinner ❗eating what I WANT not what fits my calories or nutrients ❗being more open to family & friends ❗I have to eat even if my self image is very low 
I also decided that I only want to post when I feel good - sometimes I just need to take a step back and some time for myself, not instagram 😊 because I made this account to motivate myself 💪💫

This morning I have 75g porridge oats with 8oz unsweetened almond milk & 20g of protein powder for flavour. Guten Morgen! 😊 Es gibt heute Puddingoats - die esse ich total gerne wenn ich etwas mehr Zeit morgens habe und das Frühstück so richtig genießen kann. 😋 Mit den Cranberries und etwas Honig als Topping bin ich hier bei 12 #smartpoints.

Rezept:
60g zarte Haferflocken
10g Chiasamen/Leinsamen
15g Puddingpulver Vanille
300ml kochendes Wasser
Optional: Zimt, Flavdrops oder ähnliches für die Würze.

Das Puddingpulver mit etwa 50ml heißem Wasser aufgießen und cremig rühren, dann restliche Zutaten dazu geben und etwa 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Seit einer Woche sieht mein Frühstück eigentlich immer gleich aus. Haferbrei. Ich lasse die Haferflocken wirklich so lange wie möglich aufquellen damit ich die auch gut verdauen kann. Ich bin erstaunt wie gut ich dieses Frühstück vertrage, denn Haferflocken mit kalter Milch, ohne aufquellen lassen verursachen bei mir die Hölle. Jetzt mach ich mich fertig und dann geh ich los zur Kinesiologie. Hach wie ich mich freue... Der Weg ist das Ziel! Ich berichte später oder die Tage was ich dort mache & was der Sinn dahinter ist. Bircher muesli for breakfast-amazing and very easy to make! 
Traditional muesli is FULL of sugar in the form of actual sugar or too much dried fruit. ***************************************************** • DRIED: whole jumbo oats, chopped walnut halves/almonds/brazils (mix of these is good), chopped prunes and/or dates, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, coconut flakes or desiccated (optional), cinnamon.
• FRESH: Any kind of milk or coconut water, live yoghurt, berries, grated apple(I used Soy milk)
• FROZEN: you can put frozen blueberries in it to soak overnight and they’ll be defrosted by the morning ****************************************************** Mix a single serving of the dry ingredients into a bowl  and pour over milk until covered and a bit more. Put a lid/plate on it and soak overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, take bowl from the fridge, add a bit more milk (all of the other milk will be absorbed by morning) and top with yoghurt and/or fresh berries. The combination of the soaked muesli and fresh fruit is so tasty!

And jelly... and cottage cheese and quark! I love handy little tips. If your ever struggling for protein ideas then I find cottage cheese a real life saver. Low in fat and is great on anything from toast/rye bread to jacket potato or a pot from Lidl the low fat one is only 166 cals for the whole pot and whole lot of protein at 25.4g. I had to cancel out a few planned meals that I wanted yesterday to have family ones and finish some leftovers too, but I can always have them another day. Either way, the day started a but annoying with builders and equipment out my window to wake me up, plus my porridge was a little too runny but that's okay because i'll be cooking with my family later! -
