Banana oats pancakes with chocolate coffee pudding for breakfast 🍫🥞

Ingredients: 
Pancakes:
2 bananas
2 eggs
3 tbs oat flour
1 tbs baking soda
1 tbs vanilla powder
Mix all ingredients in a food processor for 35s 
Pit a frying pan on low-medium heat and add 1/2 tbs coconut oil. Place about 5 tbs of the pancake mix and cook for about 45s each side. .

2 ripe bananas
2 medjool dates boiled for 3 minutes
1 tbs coconut milk powder
1 tbs carob powder
1 tbs cacao powder
1/4 tbs grounded coffee 
Mix all ingredients in a food processor for 45s .
Add 1 tbs of the chocolate coffee pudding on each pancake layer. Top with crunchy pistachios and goji berries.

@oatmeal_stories I am enjoyed a snowy view with a cup of hot chai and warm chocolate tahini oats with a dash of cinnamon.❤ Receipe below. 
Chocolate tahini oats:
half cup porridge oats
half cup hot water
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
few chunks of dark chocolate
half tsp cinnamon 
pinch of salt
In a pan combine your oats and hot water and leave to soak for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, turn on the heat and bring to a simmer. Cook for few minutes or until desired consistency. Let cool down (it's going to thicken up a bit!) and enjoy!

Just made some cinnamon oats. I like sweetening my oats with ripe banana and lots of cinnamon. It's essentially the easiest thing to throw together during the week without losing my mind. 🙃Topped mine with persimmon, banana, pecans, blueberries and Pom. Super delicious! 😋

Chocolate Chip muffins this morning were a success. Baking from scratch using healthy ingredients is always such a great idea. Happy Friday everyone! 
1cup @goldmedalflour whole wheat flour 1-1/2 cups @quaker old-fashioned oats 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2teaspoon salt 1/4 cup avocado oil 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla 1cup mashed ripe banana 1 cup @nestletollhouse semi sweet chocolate chips 
Mix wet ingredients, fold in the dry ingredients, scoop into muffin pan and bake at @425 for 10 mins then @375 for another 12-15 mins.

If you think about it, we make zucchini bread w cinnamon & it tastes delicious... so it works well in oatmeal as well. My Tahini butter is unsweetened, so if I did this again I would add my usual frozen berries for added natural sugars & possibly grate the zucchini☺️

I have really only ever used frozen fruit to make smoothies, but last night I set some in the fridge when I made the museli and....🥁.. they were delicious!  I really liked the softer texture, the fresh, tart flavor and the delicious juice.  This delicious and nutrient dense breakfast combo just earned itself a permanent place in my menu rotation, three cheers for easier mornings!! 🙌🙌🙌

Got home and curled up on the sofa with a big bowl of oats🙌🏼 gunna have a rest then I need to do more work😴😭 cannot wait for this time next week to finally be off for Christmas and enjoy the time off and all the treats✨ but for now I'm keeping things simple and this is what my diet currently looks like🤞🏼🤞🏼
