Hallöchen meine Sweethearts. Wie versprochen heute das Rezept zu dem Milchschnittenkuchen. Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ihr ihn mal nachmacht und mir schreibt wie ihr ihn fandet😊✌🏽 Rezept: 
Boden:
- 50g Dinkelmehl
- 30g Schokowhey* - Backpulver
- Flavdrops Schoko*
- 10g Kakao
- 20g Xucker*
- 3 Eiklar, steiggeschlagen
- —> Alles vermischen und für 25min. bei 180 Grad backen. Rausnehmen und abkühlen lassen.
Milchcreme:
- 300g Magerquark
- 20g Vanille Whey
- 4 Blattgelatine
- —> alles verrühren, dann den Kuchenboden halbieren und die Creme draufschichten. 
Schokocreme:
- 1 Packung Schokopuddingpulver
- —> nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten und auf den Kuchen geben. Fertig!

Zum Bild: mein häufiges Frühstück sind ja die Overnight Oats. Die kann man gut vorbereiten, vielseitig garnieren und die machen satt.
Obwohl ich ja so einem leckeren Avocado-Tomaten-Brot auch nicht abgeneigt bin.😆
Wie mögt ihr euren Kaffee am liebsten? Für mich gibt es Filterkaffee mit Kokos-Reis-Milch. 
Kuhmilch trinke ich schon lange nicht mehr, nur wenn es dort wo ich bin nix anderes gibt. Mag ich nicht mehr😝

Dates are my all-time favorite to-go snack at home being guiltlessly sweet and fiber-rich! My mom came up with these date oatmeal walnut blondies as a healthy to-go breakfast or snack! Here’s the recipe: Date filling:
* 3 cups chopped pitted dates
* 1 tsp ground anise
* 1 cup chopped walnuts
* 1 1/2 cup water
Bars
* 1 cup coconut sugar or organic brown sugar
* 1 cup coconut oil or butter
* 1 cup oat flour * 1 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
* 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
* In a saucepan, cook filling ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly for around 10 minutes until thickened. Cool for 5 minutes
* Heat oven for 400 degrees F. Grease 13*9 inch baking pan with coconut oil
* In a large bowl, mix sugar and butter or oil until well mixed. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda and salt until crumbly. Press half of the crumb mixture in the bottom of the pan. Spread with filling. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press lightly
* Bake 25-30 min or until light brown. Cool 5 min on cooling rack. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows while warm. Devour 😋

Liebt ihr Mangos auch so sehr? Im Herbst und Winter ist es oft ja schwierig leckere Mangos zu finden. Dann verwende ich gerne TK Mangos oder getrocknete Mangos. Wenn ihr diese über Nacht in Wasser einlegt, sind sie am Morgen unglaublich saftig. Ich liebe die Konsistenz 😋Und auf keinen Fall das Wasser wegschütten. Das hat den Geschmack der Mangos aufgenommen und schmeckt köstlich 😍Heute habe ich auch ein Frühstück, in dem eingeweichte Mangos und der Saft verwendet werden.
🔸25g getrocknete Mangos 🔸300ml Wasser
🔸60g zarte Haferflocken 🔸Prise Salz
🔸1 Banane 🔸15g Proteinpulver mit Vanillegeschmack 🔸50g gefrorene Himbeeren 
Mangos über Nacht in Wasser einlegen. Am Morgen die Mangos aus dem Wasser nehmen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Einweichwasser mit Haferflocken und Salz vermischen und aufkochen. Bei geringer Hitze etwa 8 Minuten köcheln lassen. Banane in Scheiben schneiden und unterheben. Ein paar Scheiben als Dekoration aufheben. Porridge vom Herd nehmen und Proteinpulver unterrühren. Mit Banane, Mangos und Himbeeren servieren.

Good morning!! I've woken up feeling so much better!! Woohooo!!! Still a little snuffly and the cough won't be going anywhere for a while but I'm otherwise good! So happy because I have a busy weekend which includes the @omyogashow today thanks to my sister and  the amazing guys at @clearspringuk and the NFL game at twickenham tomorrow!! Not forgetting my sons own football match tomorrow morning 😅😅😅😅😅😅. This little delight is a turmeric oat, chia and flax pudding, topped with raspberry cashew cream and frozen berries. Testing my new version of granola. Usually I adapt the recipe to what I happen to have at home. This time it came out like this - Sugar free 🙃

Chocolate Goodness:
*1big or 2 small bananas
*5dates
*1/3 cup of cacao powder
*Water *250g oats
*1/2 cup puffed quinoa
*1/2 cup raisins
*1/3 cup coconut flakes *1/3 cup sunflower seeds
*1tbsp cinnamon *Blend 3 first ingredients together, add water until the mixture is creamy and spreadable. Mix everything together. Preferably by hands 😉 and bake in 150 C° until golden brown, approx 15 min
*Let it cool down completely and store in airtight container ✨
