✅P O S I T I V I T Y 〰W I N S😁😉 So after a great weekend at va beach finishing my first competition, I get a call from an unknown number on my drive back home. This was actually the third or fourth call/text from some random male from that weekend trying to "hit me up" or "holler". After getting several messages and calls from random numbers, my gut feeling told me that my number was posted somewhere, so I kindly asked the stranger how he got my number and he told me that it was posted on the wall of a local bubble tea shop that I've never been to, along with some provocative message that briefly directed people to "hmu". After I respectfully told the stranger to take down the post-it from the wall and got off the phone, I was pretty furious. Really? After such a great weekend, someone just had to ruin it for me. "Who in the world really dislikes me enough to mess with me like that" "Why do I still need to deal with such childish, immature behavior." Trust me, I was pretty upset for couple minutes. Then I realized, why am I allowing this event to ruin and control my mood? Why should I even bother wasting my energy on such invaluable mishap. ⬇️READ MORE⬇️

It's been almost a month since my show and I'm sitting at 215 in likely the best shape I have ever carried it. Some would say why are you not growing? I have gained 30 lbs in one week post show in the past and what I have found from that is that your body just goes into a fat storing mode when you overwhelm it with calories. At that point it stops running efficiently and then less muscle is being built. I'm still enjoying plenty of good food which is important I think for the mind and body to recover from a long diet. But plenty of time to grow and overeat. NO YEARS OFF FOR ME!

Dieta, oposto do que muitos acham, independente do objetivo, não é passar fome! Dá pra comer bastante volume de comida sabendo escolher os alimentos corretos.
