Was brushing my teeth & said, "hey scale! Last time I saw you was 8 weeks ago! I was a hefty 136.4 lbs. after my many vacay & good times. I was NEVER 136. The most I've gained was 120. I told my coach @michelleifbbpro , heeelp!!! I'm doing it again! Send me my meal plan & let's aim for negative 20 lbs.! But of course I was fasting with @prolonfmd too & this is within the 7 weeks. I may reached my goal but I told my coach, why not aim for 108 lbs. for marathon in 6 weeks. So she's changing my meal plan & it ain't gonna get easier. It's hard in this day and age to be okay with who I am 'cause I'm not in my 20's & 30's anymore. I have to work hard 10x more. That's okay, I have to love working out to get there & I'm not worried about gaining muscles 'cause muscle memory will get me there. That's the least of my worry & I'm sure miracle pills for weight loss will be discovered in the future but I'll be dead by then. In the meantime, I'll do it the old fashioned way. This is my story & yes, I have a before & after picture I will post. Most of my friends already saw my before picture & it ain't pretty.😳🤣And if I were you, forget "bulking season". You're not a bodybuilder. Well that's my opinion. Regardless, I'm happy when I'm heavy & I'm happy when people say I'm too skinny & need to eat. I'm doing this for my marathon in 7 weeks & my many race & just maybe some shows in the future. Happy Saturday! Encontrarme a mí mismo viviendo solo en presente. Conectando con las cosas más simples.
