Had a craving for potatoes...so, I baked up some oil free fries and added them to my salad bowl of romaine, black beans, tomatoes, corn salsa, guac and chipotle ranch dressing. Hit. The. Spot. Now I'm enjoying a cup of peppermint tea because I ate too much and it helps my too full tummy feel better. 😋🌈❤️

Raw Creamy Carrot Soup with a little kick! If you've been following me lately, you may have noticed that I've been on a chilled soup kick. With the warm and humid weather here, I'd say it's not surprising! This one has carrots, cashews, red onion, garlic, Sriracha, maple syrup and almond milk. Topped it with shredded coconut, hemp seeds and a mint leaf garnish. It was so scrummy, I actually wrote down my recipe while downed this baby! Definitely making it again! 🌱🥕🌱🥕🌱
I made another huge bowl of "Detox Salad" on Wednesday! 💜🥕🌱🥑 I love trying out new foods & playing around with different recipes, but at the end of the day eating healthy food can really be SIMPLE & lazy if you want it to be! 😜
1 medium #purplecabbage
2 large #carrots
1 head of #broccoli
1 large bunch of #kale (I used some curly & some purple)
1/2 bunch #parsley
1/4 cup #sunflowerseeds
Roughly chop all veggies and pulse them into tiny pieces in the food processor in batches. Add all to a large bowl, mix well, and add sunflower seeds. For a dressing I simply blended up some lemon juice, vinegar, tamari, a spoonful or two of almond butter, & a thumb a chopped fresh ginger. Excellent toppings include #avocado , #sesameseeds , #cashewpieces , fresh herbs, or even chickpeas or tofu!

🍗Frango empanado sem glúten e sem óleo:🍗
📌Marinar por algumas horas os filezinhos em um bowl com shoyu, molho inglês, alho esmagado, pimenta e sal a gosto (colocar pouco ou nada de sal, devido ao sódio do shoyu e molho inglês).
📌Em um prato dispor um ovo batido com sal, pimenta e orégano. 📌Em outro prato dispor uma mistura de farinha de linhaça escura e farinha de aveia e de amêndoas.
📌Envolver os filezinhos no ovo, na mistura de farinhas e dispor na Airfrayer (já aquecida) por aprox 25 min - em temperatura máxima. (Cabem aprox 4 filezinhos em cada "fritada").
DICA: fazer um molho de iogurte grego com salsinha e cebolinha para acompanhar os empanados❤
Time to feature one of my favorite products: @cleanandclear's Oil-Free Advantage Acne-Control Moisturizer! This product perfectly moisturizers my skin and is great before bed AND before putting make-up on in the morning. It never leaves my skin too oily (which makes sense being an oil-free moisturizer).
