-1 Brócoli
-1 huevo
-1 diente de ajo
-100 dl de leche -100 g de taquitos de beicon ahumado
-  50g de queso rallado
-Pereji picado
-Sal y pimienta.
-Se limpia y lava con abundante agua el brocoli, mientras ponemos una olla con agua hasta la mitad para que lo cubra con un puñado de sal y un chorrito de leche que hará que huela menos al hervir, cuando comience a hervir metemos el brocoli y se deja unos 12-15 minutos a partir de la bullición ; mientras batimos el huevo junto al ajo y perejil picado, la mitad del queso rallado,los taquitos de beicon un poco de pimienta a gusto y el resto de la leche, y rectificamos de sal. Una vez transcurrido el tiempo de cocción, se escurre el brocoli y se pone en una bandeja de horno y se le tira por encima todos los ingredientes y el resto de queso rallado y lo gratinamos unos minutos a nuestro gusto.

🍫Wow these turned out AMAZING! 🍫 Vegan Black Bean brownies! I used a similar recipe from a blogger who I adore, but changed it up a bit @chocolatecoveredkatie. 
1 1/2 cups black beans (1 15-oz can, drained and rinsed very well!!)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats or oat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup pure maple syrup or agave or honey 
2 tsp stevia or 2 tbsp sugar (or omit and increase maple syrup to 1/2 cup) 
2 tbs flax/chia/hemp seeds
1/4 cup coconut or vegetable oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips 
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well. (A blender can work if you absolutely must, but the texture—and even the taste—will be much better in a food processor.) Stir in the chips, then pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Optional: sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top. Cook the black bean brownies 15-18 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before trying to cut. Makes 9-12 brownies. 
TRY THESE!!! You will be amazed!!! You can only use stevia to make them completely sugar free, for diabetics, or for people counting carbs! Each piece would only be around 100 calories, and around 5 grams of fiber per serving! Also, the black beans and the oats are low glycemic, and contain #resistantstarch to stabilize blood sugar. And these contain around 1200 mg #omega3!

That’s why it’s always important to research the claims made by the company regarding their supplement, that doesn’t mean follow the link to ‘their’ website as you’ll likely encounter the same wording as their packaging.

That being said, here are a few that I take regularly:

Omega 3 - 2,000mg of total omega daily.

I’m not a huge fan of oily fish which is a great source of Omega 3 otherwise I’d probably not supplement with Omega 3.

Having an adequate amount of Omega 3 in your diet has many benefits such as healthier blood vessels, a lower lipid count and a reduced risk for plaque build-up. Can also decrease the risk of diabetes and several forms of cancer, including breast cancer and some studies have shown improved cognitive function.

Vit D3 – 2,000IU daily.

This is one vitamin which I would highly recommend for most people. Most people are not deficient in vitamin D, but they do not have an optimal levels of vitamin D either. We mainly get Vit D from the sun and it can be also found in fish and eggs. Living in the northern hemisphere though and certainly in the autumn/winter months where there’s less sun about, you can see how it can become an issue. Supplemental vitamin D is associated with a wide range of benefits, including immune health, improved bone health, well-being and cognitive functions.

Multivitamin – 100% RDA, 1 a day.

To note most people in the western world are not deficient in any vitamins and minerals.

That being said I’m personally not a huge veggie fan so I still supplement with a multivitamin, more as an “insurance” that I’m covering my vitamin and mineral consumption. If you are going to supplement with a multivitamin I would steer away from the super high dosage “sport” multivitamins out there with 1000% + dosage amounts, which is so unnecessary.

It’s important to note that supplements are not a substitute for a poor diet and are there to “supplement” not replace what should already be a balanced and healthy diet. Otherwise you’re just wasting your money.

Corte 2 zapallitos verdes y los cocine 4 minutos en el microondas, agregue la salsa + 3 cucharadas de caballa (de lata), la cocine en el micro 1 minuto mas y listo quedo genial!!
Es una opcion muy fácil, rápida, liviana y nutritiva!! A mucha gente no le gusta la caballa, la pueden reemplazar por atún o jurel.

wasn’t sure I could do this 😬 just looking at a box of sardines a couple months ago made me nauseous 🤢 today, I couldn’t find anything else for lunch and had to consider the possibility that I could manage sardines if I made it like a tuna sandwich. Saturday, a friend mentioned selenium depletion in soil and that her naturopath recommended blue corn chips. I don’t like how I feel eating a lot of chips but I knew selenium sounded familiar. Oh yeah that’s right, sardines deliver selenium like crazy.  Good thing I have bread...even the kids loved them this way. Fueling the rest of my day decluttering and cleaning so my brain can calm down. The last few weeks we’ve been given a lot of stuff, which is a blessing, but having boxes of stuff I might not use or have a place for can trigger anxiety for me. That part is over now so I’m to the regular cleaning.
