I found my new favourite #breakfast food. It's an #omelette with #goatcheese and #avocado !
It takes a bit of time, but it's quite easy to make, and very much worth the effort :)
- Whisk 3 eggs and pour them on a hot pan.
- When the surface thickens add whatever you want on one half. I like stir fried spinach, bell peppers, and onions, plus goat cheese.
- Then flip the empty half over the ingredients and cook a bit more on both sides.
Serve with some fresh veggies and an avocado. It's a very tasty #lowcarb meal that will keep the hunger away for a loong time and provide your body with plenty of #protein#healthyfats and #vitamins .
