I actually had the whole weekend to myself this time around, so I finally got around to taking care of some much needed chores around the house, and of course, cooking for the start of the week.
I really wanted to try bringing back some of the excitement to the food im earing, while staying true to my nutrition plan. It just takes time and careful planning, but mostly the time.
Breakfast today was sweet blueberry and lemon puffed #omelette (to change it up from savory). Then, for monday and tuesday, I took my eggs and carbs and made #protienpancakes that ill split along with my normal savory eggs, so i get the right amount with a little diversity.
Lastly, theres #asparagus and #broccoli , with a side of #mashedcauliflower . Paired with #SousVide#Salmon and #Talapia
An omelette big enough to feed a family making its way onto my plate this morning. All the good stuff; 4 egg whites, 2 rashers of turkey bacon, 40g @eatleancheese, tomatoes, spinach, bell pepper, mushrooms and a good sprinkle of smoked paprika.
Hoping back troubles will be remedied in the next couple of days with some anti-inflammatories and some decent stretches encompassed into training sessions. May the week continue as virtuously as it has begun...
I am running out of time tonight so a turmeric omelette is on the way! 😋What is your to go dish when you are short on time?🤔
Je manque de temps ce soir, donc je choisis de faire une omelette au curcuma!😋Et vous quel est votre plat rapide? 🤔

My weekend was pretty good. I dressed up as TJ from Recess for a Halloween thing, and I saw Odesza on Friday. Pics for proof. Shoutout to @kixtine for being my spinelli AND also letting me tag along on Friday. ✌️ #OMELETTE
This was the most epic omelette, I didn’t get round to photographing the final masterpiece as I was too hungry. Sweet potato, corn, chorizo, red onion, mushroom & cheese in a 4 egg omelette 😍😍. I wasn’t hungry until dinner.
