Y'all I'm so freaking excited for today! (Well actually for it to be over 😂). Today is the last day of my crazy work schedule! No more 14 hour days or waking up at 3 am!🙌🏻 Now I'm not complaining about working cause I know that's a part of life but what I'm excited about is that I can get back to living my life. 🌎No more rushing around and feeling exhausted all day long😴. I can wake up at a normal hour, make a healthy breakfast🍎 and actually enjoy my morning routine. ☀️I can go back to eating dinner with my family and spending time with the ones I love. No more rushing to get my workouts in. I have the time to just relax, to read, listen to PD and focus on helping clients reach their goals. So cheers to going back to a normal routine. 🍷
The BIGGEST positive of Kenley starting daycare is having her on a schedule. I know at 12 it's time to put her down for a nap and mommy has 2 hours of me time (which consists of me cleaning my house lol). I can get over the constant cold for this! I love nap time!!! #naptime#babygirl#minniemouse#onaschedule#mcgarityschoolofprep
We walked the @indiebeautyexpo in under 3 hours (🙌🏻) (#onaschedule and I'm so pregnant 😂) and met soooooo many amazing brands for @thegoodfest AND our upcoming CMPNY boxes. Can't wait to bring them to you!!
Just received a much anticipated map by post so let the planning of this year's august hiking week commence! After hiking parts of the north section of #Kungsleden (Abisko-Nikkalauolta) along the Norwegian/Swedish border last year, this year's journey will take me southbound from Finse right through the heart of the #hardangervidda national park in Norway! With a planned 8,5 days of hiking and camping in the Norwegian 'wild' and an expected distance of 150-175 km that has to be covered one way or the other, it will be even more #sportlich than last year! ☺️
Trees are (still) the best technology we know to mitigate our carbon emissions. Six trees will offset the carbon emissions of a year's worth of using a car.
People often overestimate the time it takes to grow a forest. In a continental climate settings, a forest can cover abandoned farmland in less than 50 years. We can just about make it! #PlanA#NoPlanB#OnASchedule#Forests#Trees#ClimateChange#carbon
