I met this couple less than a year ago and their commitment is starting to really show! They both live down the street from me but I have only been face to face with them a handful of times for coaching and the only workouts/Training I have done with them has been my complimentary bodyweight routines I provide on Facebook. You see these two had to make some lifestyle changes more then working out. We helped them make small changes in what they eat and drink over time and it’s absolutely amazing the transformation that’s happening. Oh yea they are in a contest for $25,000 as well and they are killing it!

The 21 Day BLAST plan got underway on Saturday.  People world-wide are doing 4 online workouts per week and following the BLAST eating plan designed for gut health and empty fat cells.  This determined woman 
did the BLAST plan last year and has continued to follow the principles and do short sharp online workouts every week.
Obviously there’s the obvious cake and gin thrown in at weekends but she knuckles down during the week.
She lost  7 lbs and 7.5 inches in 21 days (that’s the pic on the left). The pic on the right is how she is now.

She feels fantastic too.
Our next BLAST plan starts Saturday 3 March for 21 days.  Link in the bio.

These are the progress photos after only ONE WEEK of our new ab & booty program 🙌🏻 Major transformations don’t happen overnight or even in one week ❤️ It’s the consistency of the small daily actions week after week that add up to HUGE RESULTS 👏🏻👏🏻 But I think it’s SO important to stop and celebrate the small wins along the way to keep us motivated and committed to the process 🎉

Ladies have shared so many “nonscale victories” and what they gained from our first week together like: 🌟”Consistency!  Eating better, consistent workouts, and overall a much better mood and outlook!! 🙂  Loving being on this journey with you all.” 🌟”Workouts, clean eating, no pop.” 🌟”5 days of meal plan followed. I am sticking to it! Also still accomplished my New Year's resolution of adequate daily water intake.” 🌟”It has really helped me dial in my focus and stay consistent. I have stayed consistent with the workouts, followed the meal plan as I continue to figure it out), taking out my glass of wine. I feel more confident that staying on track I am going to get results. It has also given me an amazing group to be part of.” Being on this journey with such a special group of likeminded women is truly something special 💫💜 I can’t believe it’s my job!!! This was inspired by 2 people I love who have requested slimmer thighs and a better booty. I decided to make something that they, and you, can follow along with! Remember that your body typically needs at least 30 days of consistency before you can expect results, so stick with us if you can! .

What to expect in the workouts:
- High reps, no weight. #slimming
- Some light, built-in cardio - feel free to modify or skip fwd to the toning section if you have injuries
- No equipment so you can do them anywhere .

“Teach her to worry less about fitting into glass slippers & more about shattering glass ceilings!” I often wonder how in the world 🌍 I am going to survive the teenage years! {she’s 7 going on 16🤨} I think maybe the sleepless nights, dirty diapers and toddler tantrums may in fact be easier!😝 One thing I know for sure is that she will always be told that if she puts in the work, she can literally achieve anything!

That there is no limit to her success but it doesn’t come without some sacrifices.

That she will lose sometimes but you always get back up and try again! 
And that when someone tells you that you can’t do something....you turn around and work your a$$ off to prove them wrong!

I’m not the kind of Mom that believes everyone always wins or that it’s ok not to finish something you’ve started.... I may be called a mean mom🤷🏻‍♀️ sometimes but I think she’ll thank me later! 😝

My trainer has some good gems that really resonate with me each workout. This one hit home. I have a tendency to tell myself all the time this is too hard I can’t do these last three reps. I can’t workout right now I’m so tired. I can’t meal prep this weekend it’s too much work. And she’s right: I CAN do hard things!!! And I need to stop telling myself I can’t!!!! .

I normally don’t post my workouts because I watch them on my phone at work. But it’s Sunday! Threw that baby on the XBOX and busted out my Spotify playlist and knocked it out! You should have seen my face when my trainer said “we are going to do this workout every week only it gets longer each phase! 😂😂😂 i was like. Bitch. 😑 .

Let’s talk about FOAM ROLLING + INJURY PREVENTION. One rule of thumb that I firmly stand by is always ROLL OUT BEFORE you workout. Why? Because our bodies naturally form muscle imbalances and adhesions develop over time through repetitive movements, training, excessive sitting and impact. In order to prevent injury it is so important to open up the muscle spindles around the joints to break up the adhesions and fascia enabling you to start your workout in a more neutral state. Now I am not going to lie if you have not been on the foam roller this can be a bit uncomfortable when you first start out, but I PROMISE you over time with consistency it slowly subsides. I typically tell my clients that if you feel something that is your body talking to you and telling you where the compensation is coming from.  Fascia is a connective sheath that holds the muscle fibers together. When it binds then it limits your range of motion which in turn can cause injury. Find those targeted spots and hold it 20-30 seconds then mead into the area and shift the roller to a new spot. This will aid in muscle recovery, aid in preventing injury, and keep the mobility of the fascia.

Another awesome workout!
I pushed myself to my limits today and it felt awesome! Like the bent over rows i always used 10 lbs so upped it to 15. My pushups did most on my knees and this morning no way ! I told myself no knees until you cant then drop down. 
Proud of myself!
If you’re using a certain weight and once the reps are done and you can keep going for 5 more reps then up the weight same thing for pushups , if you can only do it on your knees once you get stronger push yourself and do a few in the plank position.
 I just noticed that i didnt go to derp with them just because my range of motion and my shoulders don’t allow it. And thats ok it still works! .

Some have fur babies distracting their workouts, some mamas have all 4 kids running around. But guess what??? No body gives a poo 💩 ✌🏻💕 we are all DOING this for one goal

Workout Of the Week
How many times have we heard within the industry 'Do what we say not what we do'?..... well we are turning that on it's head with, 'Why not do a little of what we do?' Try out some of our team's own training sessions this January to kick start or get back on track. 
Starting with Alan's 30 minute Interval set. 
4 mins working hard with 1km aim. 
2 mins recovery, light, easy lots of air in. 
For 5 rounds.
