🌱✨the beautiful morning light dances off of the plants in the corner of our cozy living room and reminds me that I am grateful for another lazy Sunday with my fur babies and cup after cup of strong, steaming hot coffee.
I will remember today that what is beyond my control should not hold me down or dull my creativity - and that the hours in each turn of the earth are numbered..rarely leaving enough time to complete every task set before me. I will be realistic in my feats yet challenge myself to grow in my craft, attempting to find a comfortable balance...
Instagram is still buffering our page views to the point that business has been noticeably suffering, and while discouraged, and not quite sure how we will alter our business model to account for this drop in activity- I'm determined to find other avenues of growth if this (once wonderful) platform continues to stifle us.

The mesmerising iridescence of opals has fascinated the world for centuries. Its name derives from the Sanskrit upala, meaning "precious stone". Featured here are a pair of earrings handcrafted with the finest opals set with Paraiba tourmalines and white diamonds crafted in 18ct white gold as well as our Armadillo ring with Paraiba tourmaline and white diamonds.
Have you seen the NEW in collection by Millie Savage's apprentice @molinajewellery? It is mermaid jewellery all hand made by Nataliya herself in Bali. They are all totally unique and RRP from £50. One of the reasons I started JCJ was because for years I have searched far and wide for the best and most unique pieces of jewellery that I hadn't seen in the UK before. Jump forward to now and I have curated a collection I believe is FUN, quirky and because they are handmade the jewels are amazing quality and will last you a lifetime. Who wants to hand down just diamonds anyway?
Opal will always have my heart🤤🔥🙏🏽🙌🌈⚡️🔥"Oh, the spectral delight that is Opal, the “Eye Stone.” Like lightning in a rainbow, it flashes its brilliance with even the slightest movement and claims notice by all who witness its phenomenal “fire.” 🔥🔥🔥 This is a stone so dedicated to the eye, so pleasing to the sight, it inspires love and hope, innocence and purity, luck and happiness.🔥🌈 The Roman historian, Pliny the Elder, described opalus - the Opal, as a precious stone containing the fiery flame of the carbuncle (Garnet), the resplendent purple of the Amethyst, and the sea-green glory of the Emerald - all shining together in incredible union and exquisite pleasure.💓 It was considered by all in the ancient world to be the most bewitching and mysterious of gems, worn for its virtues of soothing and strengthening the sight, healing diseases of the eyes, and capable of providing great luck, as it possessed all the virtues of the gemstones whose colors reside within it.💜" photo from @cosmicopals 🔥
I've just about finished these ear cuffs for a dear repeat customer. They were a challenge but I learned a ton and have a new respect for hard wire. All that's left is to attach the backing support for behind your ear and they are done. So happy I was able to incorporate all of the stones she wanted and still keep them looking whimsical and not too bright. *
Please give me your feedback and have a fantastic evening 🤗😍😘
