Always push forward! There will be plenty of circumstances to try and hold you back but you can't let them.
As long as we live something or someone will try and stop us from doing something we want to do. Will you be stopped by something other then yourself?
Think about what you want and just go for it. No other options!

I had a great chat with Dr. Nancy Knowlton for the podcast about Ocean Optimism and how we as Conservationists and Scientists should communicate successes in conservation...because there are successes. Check out her Earth Optimism Summit from April 21st-23rd in Washington, DC. If you are Marching for Science on the 22nd, get tickets to the summit to hear some good news!!! #linkinmybio
It's FriYAY!!! Feeling the weekend vibes with these little green beauties. For me green means relaxation, creativity and rest... exactly what I have in mind for the next few days! What are you planning for this weekend...? 😃💚
Optimism. Faith. Hope. Confidence. All of these got me through the darkest point of my life. A cancer diagnosis in a 'healthy' 30-year-old super-health-conscious vegetarian yogi... the healthiest person people knew - how does that happen? Health isn't just about food and exercise - the power of the mind is astonishing. It can literally mean the difference between life and death. Our life is up to us and how we choose to love it. When we hit rock bottom and experience our lowest lows, we have the choice to hand over control and give up, or reclaim our power, reclaim our vitality, and create a life where we can flourish and thrive ✨ #chooseyou#choosehappiness#revitalizeandthrive
Fun day at the Indianapolis City Market. I was just on a hunt for a little eatery and stumbled upon a wonderland of culinary goodness.
Ive been really comfortable with my normal food places and sitting at my desk at home but it was super exciting to get out and see something completely new that was right in my neck of the woods.
Please sometime soon do a little research (or just wing it) and go try something new. It could be a food place, a bar, a coffee joint, or just a park. Feed your brain with new information and your brain will thank you.
P.S. that was “seitan” the food and not the guy with the horns
P.P.S. thanks to @threecarrotsindy for opening my eyes to such a brilliant burrito. You've got yourself an new regular 🔥🌱⚡️
