SIX years ago today, my world changed forever!! I am not really sure when this itty bitty 8 lb 12.5 oz baby boy turned into such a handsome, thoughtful, sweet, cool, AMAZING little boy! I remember the very second he was born and I will never forget how I felt at that moment as we welcomed our first baby into the world! I hope you always follow your heart, are a leader and not a follower, remain kind hearted and follow God’s path for your life! You were born to shine!!! Happy Birthday to the boy that called me “Mommy” first!!!! I hope this is the best birthday yet! My baby you will always be and I love you more than life itself!!!
Mad respect for @larry9916! This man is just a few years out of his 7 bypass open heart surgery and he KILLED it at OTF today. He is soon to be 72 years old and he showed all of us today what effort and dedication to fitness looks like!

We’re always reminding ourselves about how important it is to listen to our bodies. Whether this means an extra long stretch sesh or opting for the strider/bike instead of the treadmill, there are so many ways to modify workouts when your body needs it. We know when to push ourselves and also when to take it easier to avoid causing more serious injuries. Today, a long stretch was critical after a week of tough workouts🏋🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️
Some days, I feel like I am a constant ball of stress, running from one event (or job) to another barely keeping up 🙇🏻♀️ And some days, like today, when I wake up and knock out a 90 minute @orangetheorycharlotteuniv workout, clean the house, organize my closet, and go grocery shopping all before noon, I feel on top of the world👩🏻🎤 This is what being an adult is like, huh? 🙃
