Rediculously amazing dehydrated mushrooms. 😳😩
Dehydrated at 116°F for an hour 1/2.
My other half doesn't like mushrooms •at all• and he loved this.
Organic: stone crushed olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary &thyme mixed in a bowl and spread on a dehydrater sheet.
Very good just as is. 👍
*Mushrooms are great for the thyroid.
They contain bladder selenium and just like we do -produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. *It's important to eat only organically grown mushrooms because they absorb and concentrate whatever they grow in. Mushrooms are known to concentrate heavy metals, as well as air and water pollutants, so healthy growing conditions are important. -
"It may sound strange but we're actually more closely related to fungi than we are to any other kingdom. We share the same pathogens, meaning bacteria and viruses." -
"As a defense against bacterial invasion, fungi have developed strong antibiotics, which also happen to be effective for us humans. Penicillin, streptomycin, and tetracycline all come from fungal extracts." -

Oh for the Rose! With its soothing smell and delightful flowers, rose has a calming effect on the heart.
Our growers hand-harvest the flowers early in summer and early in the day. The collectors start before the sun rises too high so that the dew-soaked delicate aroma can be captured.
By the end of the morning they are filled with the fun and love that a rose (or a field of them) can bring.
It's why we put them in our Love and Harmonise teas.
Research demonstrates that individuals had a significant reduction in body fat mass after getting three grams of licorice root extract every day for 2 months. Nevertheless, the eating of licorice root isn’t something that anyone should do for long periods of time.
It is preferred to quit the use of the herb for 1 week after every two weeks throughout the two month interval. For weight loss, having a well-balanced diet along with regular exercise might lead to a substantial decrease in body fat.
Soothing the digestive system
The licorice root’s flavonoids can help with discomfort and inflammation of the digestive system. Also, soothing agents in licorice root may quiet and soothe the digestion system, which in turn can help to promote a healthy bowel
Menopause and PMS
Licorice root helps to regulate the productions of hormones estrogen and progesterone. licorice helps eliminate or alleviate many symptoms such as irritability, hot flashes, and cramps. Licorice root can also help prevent excessive water retention and bloating.
Ulcers and Canker Sores
Licorice is particularly effective in treating aphthous ulcers, also known as canker sores. Applying licorice extract can help reduce both pain and inflammation associated with these sores.
Because it contains potent anti-inflammatory properties, licorice is effective in reducing inflammation in the body and thus reducing symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
The glycyrrhizic acid in this herb can inhibit the growth of Helicobacter pylori bacteria and treat the symptoms associated with impaired digestion and dyspepsia.
