Communication in regards to upcoming promotions, new connections, and current ads are vital to your practice.
Why? Often patients will come in for a routine visit and may have recently found your social media account. This may come up in conversation, and it is important that you have a general idea of how you are being represented online. Patients may feel connected to their doctor’s office on social media, yet disappointed when the connection doesn’t seem as genuine in real life.
This does not necessarily mean you need to be hands on or involved in decision making... however your marketing specialist should send you quick weekly updates so you can be on the same page!

Isso facilita muito aos iniciantes. Tem como desvantagem um menor gasto calórico e menor resposta neuromuscular.
Correr na rua além de garantir maior sociabilidade, traz uma melhor resistência ao atleta. Seus músculos são forçados de forma mais intensa a reagir e absorver impacto. A corrida de rua é boa para quem quer perder peso, melhorar a autoestima e os índices de saúde como: glicose no sangue, triglicérides e colesterol.
As duas modalidades juntas trazem benefícios importantes para o corredor como a melhora do sistema cardiovascular, do tônus muscular, autoestima, coordenação e melhora do funcionamento orgânico como um todo.

A 2016 study by McIntyre K, et al. Phys Ther Sport. 2016, reviewed Evidence-based conservative rehabilitation for posterior glenohumeral instability to identify the best evidenced-based approach for the conservative rehabilitation of patients with posterior glenohumeral instability.
Five studies met the review inclusion criteria. Most studies demonstrated that rotator cuff and posterior deltoid strengthening could reduce instability recurrence and pain, and increase function, mainly in those with atraumatic posterior instability without previous surgery. These studies were mainly case series or retrospective designs.

Do you sleep on your side?
Sleeping on your side is a much safer option for those prone to neck or back pain as well snoring.
It's also often the preferred position for pregnant women.
But if done incorrectly, it could lead to compressed nerves in your arms and legs.
To avoid this, experts advise you to draw your legs up slightly toward your chest and placing a pillow in between your legs. A full-length body pillow can also be used.

Day 108: I’m going to be posting a lot of throwbacks leading up to surgery. This was during my tennis season, and my doctor told me to always ice. I remember this day and I was tired! I don’t know if u can tell but you can see how my feet and legs are different colors. Yesterday my mom’s friend was sitting behind me at church, and I had an itch on my back and I reached up and scratched it. After church he comes over and is like “how can you do that with your arm?!” Lol!
