that one time I got to lead the awesome, XU CHAARG ladies running & completing exercises around the campus of my Alma Mater🤗 what fun it is making the outdoors your playground, especially with your strong, supportive crew💪🏼also, getting super hype for 🏀 season🙅🏼
Fear of failure... you can either let it hold you back from ever even trying, or you can let it fuel every attempt you make as you progress towards your goals. After all, wouldn't failing actually be to never try and settle without ever pushing yourself to find out what you're capable of?
So today, I practiced, and practiced, and practiced my kipping pull-ups until even the chalk wasn't barrier enough between my hands & the bar. Sure the first set in this video isn't the most smooth or prettiest, but I can say I'm pretty darn proud of that last set and the fluidity of them!💃🏼 Getting there day by day & getting stronger along this journey💪🏻

We understand how challenging it can be to get back into exercise after having children and it can be quite daunting to start with. A lot changes after becoming a mum, so it’s important to ease your way back into it and work on creating healthy habits. We have put together this 28 Day Beginners Challenge to help new mums kick start their health and fitness journey.

It really was such a lovely ride yesterday eve and fab to do some exercise out of the gym! Take any opportunity to do outdoor activities before it gets too cold, even a walk.
And if you have a friend or 2 to join you, all the better!!
#throwback to some outdoor squatting with the lil sister @georgiapitocco when I visited Devon a few months back. Felt great to get some exercise done outside for a change in the fresh air of the countryside 😊 definitely recommend if there’s anywhere near you that offers outdoor training. Might be a bit cold now though in the UK at least!
