I'm not a fan of to-do lists, but I wrote one today because I have a lot I *have* to do, and even more I *want* to do. I put my workout at the top of my list, because if you don't put yourself first, who will?
Warmup: 1 mile run
3 sets of 5 on each side of open palm kettlebell press (I increased weight each set 20-26-35)
30 snatches for time @ 95# 5:20
Cool down: 15 min seated meditation
I think this is the first time I've done this workout Rx. Looking back through my workout journal it appears I did it almost exactly 4 years ago with 83 pounds and it took me 6:15.

I love this part of #catalinaisland since it looked like you're in another country, without the annoying tourism traps of Avalon. There's hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, and so much sea life!!! So this year I set a new Goal! That I wanted to do Fitness modelling. I put it on my mood board, had it as my screensaver to see everyday... Two weeks ago I got my first Fitness Modelling gig (😂). I'm super excited. My body is not yet where I want it to be but I'm absolutely loving where it's at and I'm enjoying the process of getting there. I'm in my best shape EVER! 💪🏾. I don't get to go to the gym at the moment but I don't let it stop me. Check out my park workout videos. I want to do more but Kayden need more videography training 😂 he's doing good though (my mini King). Thanks Gem for always sending me knew workouts to do 🙌🏾 @olmecfitness 👈🏾 best PT🙌🏾.
