În ceea ce mă priveşte, mă ghidez foarte mult după starea de spirit din ziua respectivă. Uneori rezonez cu energia pe care mi-o oferă antrenamentele de grup de la sală, alteori mă simt extraordinar lucrând singură, fie afară, fie la sală sau acasă.
