Before I started my biz I thought making my bed was silly ... why in the world would I take the time to make my bed when every single night I mess it up? I was running 🏃 from one thing to the next and constantly looking for a minute here and a minute there. So I would rather use the minutes it took to make my bed on something else ... then I built a life of time freedom and view time SUPER different.
Time isn't about saving a minute here and there ... it is about using it with maximum intention. We all have the same amount of time ... the difference with some is that they've figured out how to stop fighting time and work with time. So what in the world does all of this have to do with making your bed ... a nicely made bed is good for the soul ... it helps you breathe and feel accomplished and satisfied rather than scattered and cray cray 😜... every space you surround yourself with in the day should give you a feeling of accomplishment, satisfaction and calm ... for me that means things need to be tidy and clean so making my bed sets my entire day up for success and calm ... how about you?
Are you using time to set yourself up for success or simply racing from one thing to the next?

What does it mean to achieve something? Who or what is the determining factor? When you are looking down the path at a desired outcome, what makes it so grand? What about what you have already achieved?⠀
Conceptualizing something is an achievement. Starting something is an achievememt. Taking that scary first step in to the unknown is one of the greatest achievements we can award ourselves. It fuels your confidence, self worth and purest desires to make a difference. So often, the achievement of a goal determins an actions success. Why is that? How about the strength, the hardwork, the bravery, and the acceptance of all the fear it took to take that first step? I think that is the greatest achievement of all.
Our power lies in our ability to dream, evaluate, act and reflect - this is how we manifest our own reality every day. Living for "achieving" goals, if not kept in check, can compromise the life you are living today. Don't get me wrong, setting goals and striving to achieve them is am integral part of the program, but it is not THE program. Setting goals, achieving them, failing at them and starting again is true power. Purely thinking about something new and exciting is a win. So congratulations, you are already there. #Winning PC @heidibauman ❤
FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS, NOT YOUR CHALLENGES.
The minute you switch from talking about how you “need to get motivated” to sharing what you’ve actually done to hit your goals ... is magical.
What are the 5 major moves that would help you progress swiftly towards accomplishing your goals and what can you do today to get closer?
Name your challenges and figure out one way to overcome them because if you have a problem that does NOT require action to solve it... then take note, you do NOT have a problem.
Like if your gonna finish the week strong! Have a great day everyone.. Let’s go!

The hard stuff. The grime. The push. The pain. The beautiful. All beautiful things once came from dirt. Like a beautiful flower that blooms from the earth, we have all been burried with the sole purpose of emerging.
Our perseverance is the most important factor to being awarded with such beauty, and our drive is what determins its overall impact. Seeing the beauty in all situations and embracing the hard moments is the most powerful thing we can do as humans. This is where we show our truth, our strength and ultimately our commitment to realising beauty in everything around us.
All we have is right now, embrace it.
Remember that there is beauty in all struggle.
Revel in the moment.
It is all we have.

Me in the side door reflection leaving to walk to do my errands this morning.
I learn more and more that I function best when the early morning is on my own terms. Waking up to let two dogs out and one of them leaving a package for me in the hall before GOING OUTSIDE is usually enough to halt my morning. It urks me A LOT.
But not today dogs. 🐕🚫 I counted backwards from five, reset, and put my running shoes on and walked to the drug store, then to Home Hardware, then stopped at the Mennonite deli to get a coffee and the best muffin on earth. Then walked home.
Out in this small town so many people walk or bike. They walk for travel and just because it's social and healthy. Every person I passed offered a cheery good morning. This season is right, this town is right. This life, here and today - it's good. #soultending#ownyourday#reframe

Over the years, I have noticed that we spend most of our time in the gym training our bodies to be strong and resilient. And we believe, that in turn this will make us feel both powerful and confident. But are we missing something here? Isn't the body only capable of achieving what the mind believes? Do we maybe have this backwards?
Undeniably, it helps to have a strong body, but it becomes useless without a strong mindset. To develope mindset is to develop grit. In the end, grit is what keeps us grounded and strong throughout all life's peaks and valleys. Build the mind and the rest shall follow. #YouGotThis#StrongInTheMind#LayTheFoundation#TheLifestyleBlueprint 📸 PC the lovely and talented @heidibauman
