CHOCOLATE-BANANA-BREAD | Yeah so, I kinda like banana bread very much, so I figured a #vegan#paleo#chocolate banana bread would be fun. Just DO NOT FORGET the baking powder, cause I did.
3 chia eggs (3tbsp chia seeds + 9tbsp water)
100g almond meal
100g almonds (shredded)
80ml coconut milk
2tbsp coconut oil
1tsp baking powder
*for chocolate dough
20g cocoa powder (raw&unsweetened)
30g @xucker.de chocolate drops
2tbsp coconut milk
Mix all ingredients for basic dough until smooth. Then divide in two parts. To one part add cocoa powder, choc drops and milk. Prepare baking dish, add 1tbsp of basic dough, 1tbsp of chocolate dough, 1tbsp of basic dough, etc. Bake for ~50 mins at 175 degrees.

I never thought I'd feel comfortable in front of a camera, let alone, publishing my own videos on YouTube. I still think back to 2-3 years ago whenever I find myself in front of the camera in a MassiveJoes video... just nervous AF!
BUT I knew it was something I wanted to overcome so I threw myself in the deep end. Never shying away from an opportunity to get in front of the camera, and slowly but surely my confidence grew and I found myself more relaxed with the idea.
I'm still not as comfortable or relaxed in front of the camera as I want to be but I know I'm working on it each and everyday.

From unhealthy, unhappy, not confident to strong, balanced and happy. I used to drink a lot, didn't understand anything about the gym or what food was good for me or how to live a balanced lifestyle. Now I eat a shit load of food, both good and bad, I lift some heavy shit and I don't put food or fitness before living my life. I love my body and itll make it that much easier for someone else to love me and my body just as much. Confidence is the sexiest outfit you can wear 💋

Made sure I started a new week with a fresh batch of my gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, no flour, no bake, easy peasy, healthy chocolate clusters because #chocolateislife and I love to snack🙋🏼😋
Ingredients: GF (wholegrain) oats🌾 shredded coconut, raw cacao powder, cacao nibs🍫raw honey🍯 and coconut oil. Mix together, squash into muffin cases and refrigerate until set🥄 #doyouevencook 🤷🏼♀️

🇧🇷. Cozido de carne com vegetais 🍲para aquecer as noites frias. Já que o inverno aqui é duradooouro! .
Muitos nutrientes em um prato só. Pode substituir ou acrescentes temperos do seu gosto. .
500kg de carne em cubos
1 abóbora em cubos
1 cebola media picada
3 dentes de alho amassados
4 cenouras em cubos
170g Cogumelos fatiados
170g Espinafre ou couve picados
1 xic de caldo de legumes
4 Tomates em cubos
1 colh (café) pimenta em pó (pode ser cayenne) opcional
1 colh (chá) páprica
1 colh (chá) orégano
Sal rosa e pimenta do reino a gosto. . ✏️modo de fazer:
Aqueça uma frigideira em fogo médio-alto.
Doure os cubos de carne na frigideira por cerca de 1 minuto cada lado. Se preferir, faz direto na panela de pressão. Coloque-as aos poucos para não juntar água.
Transfira a carne para uma panela de pressão.
Adicione todos os ingredientes restantes, exceto o espinafre e os cogumelos, para a panela.
De uma mexida e fecha a panela. Quando pegar pressão, abaixe o fogo e cozinhe por cerca de 15-20 minutos. Espere sair a pressão para abrir a panela. Verifica se a carne está cozida. Caso esteja dura ainda, coloque por mais 5-10 minutos na pressão novamente.
Adicione o espinafre já no final, depois que abrir a panela. **Adicionei os cogumelos já refogados separadamente..

Bom dia! Fim da escapadinha! Praia, sorrisos e "gordices"! My first attempt at energy balls loaded with healthy fats! Not really into calling them fat balls 😀 Let's go with fat BOMBS. Almond butter cacao fat bombs, that is 😍
1 cup almonds, 2 dates, cacao powder all processed in a food processor. Then add 1/4 cup melted coconut manna and 1/4 cup almond butter and process again. Roll into balls and freeze for a few hours, then transfer to fridge. Just one of these kept me full for hours! It's amazing what a healthy relationship with fat can do for your mind and body 🤗
