Better Espresso Chip Coconut Pudding
Blast off better with this delicious pudding (or add water and make a creamy smoothie). It's nutrient balanced but low-carb to satisfy those seeking a better Paleo option too.
1 espresso 1 inch ice cube
1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
4 oz fresh coconut water
2 T. Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
2 T. raw cacao nibs
Optional: 1 scoop espresso Paleo or plant protein powder
Set cacao nibs aside. Blend all other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. Top with nibs and ENJOY. #paleo#hemp#coconut#healthy#healthyeating#dessertanytime#coffee#coffeetime#instagood#fitspo#instayum

🔸50g de parmesão
🔸100 ml de leite de coco
🔸200g de farinha de castanha de caju
🔸1 colher de sopa de fermento químico em pó 🔸Sal e temperos à gosto . ✔️Preparo:
Bate bem tudo no liquidificador (menos o fermento), acrescenta o sal e temperos, e depois que ficar uma massa homogênea acrescenta o fermento, bate um pouco para misturar. Colocar em uma forma de bolo inglês (ou de tamanho equivalente) e assar no forno a 210ºC por 30 a 40 minutos.
Obs: Uso a forma de silicone. Facilita MUITO.😉 .

Eu costumo usar as castanhas e o queijo inteiros mesmo e transformo em "farinha" no liquidificador, como mostrei hoje no #stories . Coloco primeiro as castanhas e o queijo, bato até esfarelar, daí acrescento os ovos e o leite de coco. Bato bem para não ficar com gosto de ovo. Por último vai o fermento. .
De tempero hoje usei @tempero.da.familia e páprica. Às vezes uso ervas secas. É totalmente opcional. 😁
Se vc tirar o queijo e caprichar nos temperos fica um pão lowcarb sem lácteos. 😉

Listened to Is This Podcast Paleo? yesterday with @thegirlwiththebutter and @shethrives and they had a lot of really insightful things to say about the way we treat our bodies as women. We think the world of our friends and the strong women we surround ourselves with. We would never say the things we say to ourselves to them. I think trying to view yourself in the same light that your supportive friends do is a useful practice when learning to embrace yourself and your body. Thanks gals. i started coughing wednesday night. thursday morning, i still had that nagging cough. i looked in my EO pocket reference for a good oil to use for cough/sore throat. i put a few drops of R.C. & thieves in the diffuser + put R.C. on my neck and chest + put a drop of copiaba on my tongue + brushed my teeth and gurgled with the thieves toothpaste and mouthwash (did all of the above a couple of times throughout the day). Y'ALL, my cough significantly went away (just coughing a few times but not as much) and my throat is no longer sore. 😳😊 i'm still not 100% but i could totally tell the difference after using the oils. i am continuing to diffuse R.C. and thieves this morning. 💃🏼 do you have a favorite oil you go to while you're not feeling well? 🌿 #tellmeallthethings#cypressandcloves (siiiiide note: all of these oils come in the premium starter kit 💃🏼🙌🏼😄)

It's finally Friday and I'm flexing into the weekend after what's felt like the longest week in a while. Crazy but it feels good to take charge of my mindset and even just one day of good food, good choices and a morning sweat session have me feeling more optimistic. The power of the mind to control the mood! I've done the #3dayrefresh a couple of times before and I always FEEL amazing after it's done but I've always done it during the week! Can't lie--I'm a little nervous to be doing it on a weekend where all the temptations are greater! -
One good thing--I have a partner to do it with!! MY HUSBAND is doing it for the FIRST time!! I'm excited for him!! -
