Ingredientes
👉1/2 xícara (chá) de óleo de coco
👉2 ovos
👉1/4 colher (chá) sal
👉1/4 xícara (chá) de farinha de amêndoas
👉1/2 xícara (chá) de farinha de coco
👉1 colher (café) de cúrcuma em pó 
Modo de preparo
Misture todos os ingredientes.
Unte uma forma de 23 cm de diâmetro e espalhe a massa.
Fure com  garfo e leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 200°C, por aproximadamente 10 minutos.
Retire do forno,  coloque o recheio e (aqui colocamos palmito, alho-poró e tomatinho cereja) e jogue a cobertura:
👉3 ovos
👉300 ml de creme de leite
👉 1 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado na hora.
Misture tudo e jogue sobre o recheio.
Volte ao forno para assar por mais 20 minutos ou até estar douradinha.

A ideia inicial era fazer brigadeiros mas nem sempre da certo então adaptei para uma espécie de creme ou “brigadeiro de colher” que mais parece um suissinho! Em pequena comia taaaantos suissinhos! Quem mais? 🙋🏻
- 200gr de batata doce
- 3c de sopa de cacau magro em pó
- 1c de sopa de farinha de linhaça
- 1c de sopa de sementes de linhaça
- Adoçante líquido a gosto
✔️ cozer a batata
✔️ num recipiente, juntar a batata doce aos bocados com 400mL de água, adoçante, com o cacau e a farinha de linhaça ✔️ triturar tudo muito bem
✔️ adicionar as sementes de linhaça
✔️manter no frigorífico
🍠 apesar de não ter saído a ideia inicial, resultou muito bem e ficou super bom e hoje mesmo levei como se fosse um pequeno snack que mais parece uma autêntica sobremesa 😍

Trying to use up all your garden zucchini? We have had a LOT of zucchini this year and on super busy nights spiralizing zucchini and thawing out some of my frozen spaghetti sauce saves me. I usually saute the zoodles with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Then this sauce is my favorite. Have you ever tried to find a spaghetti sauce without sugar in it? It is so hard! You can tweak this however you want, but I make a huge batch so I can freeze a few extra meals. 
Jen's super ssimple spaghetti sauce
-Brown 2lbs ground beef and saute 1-2 onions together
-Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, whole tomatoes (all according to preference, I usually use a 25oz can of each and sometimes add more diced tomatoes)
- Add red, yellow, orange or green peppers, diced (2-3)
- 1tbsp basil, oregano, and parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Simmer for 3-4 hours, and freeze the leftovers. Enjoy!

Paleo Chicken Spaghetti 
INGREDIENTS 
3 cups cooked chicken, white and dark meat (I cooked 1 whole chicken cut into pieces, see below)
1 large spaghetti squash, cooked
1 bell pepper, diced
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained 
Mushroom Cream Sauce
1 tbs olive oil
1 white onion, diced
8 oz baby bella mushrooms, roughly chopped
1 cup chicken broth, (use from cooking your chicken). 1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup white wine
6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 serrano, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
¼ - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (add however much you’d like)
freshly ground salt and pepper, adjust to taste

Paleo Chicken Spaghetti INGREDIENTS 3 cups cooked chicken, white and dark meat (I cooked 1 whole chicken cut into pieces, see below) 1 large spaghetti squash, cooked 1 bell pepper, diced 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained Mushroom Cream Sauce 1 tbs olive oil 1 white onion, diced 8 oz baby bella mushrooms, roughly chopped 1 cup chicken broth, (use from cooking your chicken). 1 cup coconut milk ¼ cup white wine 6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 1 serrano, roughly chopped 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped ¼ - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (add however much you’d like) freshly ground salt and pepper, adjust to taste #paleo  #recipe  #chickenspaghetti  #spaghettisquash  #paleochickensquash

STOP BEING EMBARRASSED THAT YOU STILL EAT FAST FOOD. STOP BEING EMBARRASSED THAT YOU DON’T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT OILS. We start every clean meal with bone broth and use oils for fragrance, not candles. This has been a long road of refining and cutting things out, it was in no way cold turkey! And we still wear Pampers over here, our one guilty pleasure 😬. The first and most exciting step is realizing the harm, which good marketing is so great at hiding, that all the foods and products we use these days are doing. Realizing that we need to be more conscientious is the biggest step and you’ve done that! If you need to wait on getting chemical-free products and just start with eating more clean, do it! Or the other way around. If life is just too busy and you can’t let quick foods go, but you have enough motivation to start tossing out the chemical loaded dry shampoo to make your own chem-free one, start there! And if you are only at the point where you want to learn and plan for the road ahead, that is WONDERFUL. Progress is progress. Keep asking away, folks. I'm a constant meal repeater and I'm not even ashamed 😎 Lunch today was a leftover sweet potato from dinner and a quick fried egg and sautéed squash 👌🏻 Devoured this perfect combo post run today 😌 I love having leftovers, food always tastes better when someone else has made it 😉 I always ask for my sweet potatoes plain at restaurants to try and limit the amount of butter and stuff they put on it! Plus then if you get full you're able to easily save it for later 🤗 Got a great run and workout in this afternoon, it's felt really good lately to just run for fun and not worry about distance. Kind of miss having something to work towards though so I'm going to start looking into setting a new goal 👌🏻 It keeps things fun and it gives me motivation to get outta bed and get to it 👊🏻 Happy Friday everyone, hope you've got some fun plans 🎉 ------------------------------------------------ #whatsforlunch 👉🏻 1 egg fried in ghee + cherry tomatoes + sautéed squash fries (just sautéed over medium until brown) + 1/2 avocado + 1/2 baked sweet potato ❤️
