This has been my vitamin C supplement for some time now and I love it! Extended release and it’s well priced on Amazon. There’s a handful of awesome things vitamin C can do for you and reasons most ppl should include it in their daily stack - but with collagen being a hot topic right now, thought I’d share this quick bit of info: vitamin c is necessary for collagen production! So, if you’re eating/drinking collagen peptones all day long, make sure you’re getting your vitamin C! I take 1g, sometimes 2, daily. Extra fat doses when I feel like I’m getting a cold!
Random grain free hot cereal bowl because some mornings you wake up craving everything in sight 😅No shame though because somehow these flavors worked sooo well together 😍 Woke up super sore because my roommate and I have being running and working out like crazy to avoid studying 😂 Was going to do a yoga video before breakfast but the hanger got me 😬 So I decided to make a quick breakfast using @wildwayoflife grain free hot cereal 👌🏻 For being grain free, it sure was some delicious stuff 😎 I'm not gluten intolerant but I do like to minimize the grains in my diet. Just gotta find what works for you 💃🏼 I added in a coconut fat ball and man it hit the spot 💯 Moral of the story is, if you wake up sore and super hungry EAT! Your body probably needs some extra fuel. I always make sure I'm fueling up with real, whole foods and go from there. I'm off to get that yoga video in, get some grocery shopping and meal prep done, and then study study study 📖 Happy Sunday loves!! 💕 ----------------------------------------------------- #breakfast details 👉🏻 1 packet of @wildwayoflife instant grain free hot cereal (a must have if you're grain free and if you're not still a great dang breekie 😏) mixed with 1/2 cup of warm unsweetened almond milk topped with warmed blueberries + sautéed apples (used ghee and @primalpalate gingersnap and cinnamon, sautéed in the cast iron over low heat until soft) + coconut fat ball made with @binniescoconutbutter maple coconut butter (recipe a few posts back) + yogurt with more gingersnap (slightly obsessed maybe 🙃) + @eatnuttzo nut butter (literally sooo addicting) + a small mashed sweet potato ❤️

@fashionfaithfood pretty much nailed it here. Slow clap. Wow. #humelt
Okay, this is crazy! For all low carb, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free dieters out there, this one's for you! 4 ingredients in the pasta! Psyllium husk, vegan cream cheese, eggs and coconut flour.
I only used the coconut flour to roll the dough.
4 eggs (possibly sub for soaked flaxseeds?)- vegan option
1/2 cup psyllium husk
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese (kite hill)
Mixed it together in Vitamix...( Food processor works too)
Boiled water, rolled the dough over coconut flour to avoid the stickiness, into long logs and divided them and rolled the over the back of a fork for grooves to catch the sauce.
Boiled pasta for 10 minutes and strained then added raeos marinara and OMG!!!! I can eat this ever day!! Super filling!!!😚 2 servings 2 med size bowls. Enjoy! #lowcarbpasta#lowcarb#paleopasta#paleovegetarian#paleodiet#ketofriendlypasta#ketogenicdiet#ketodiet#lowcarbdiet#glutenfreepasta#glutenfree#vegetarian#ketovegetarian#vegetarianpasta#dairfree
When you only have 15 mins to make lunch, but refuse to compromise on taste because #standards 💁🏼♀️
Kitchen reno prep has been ruling my life these days, so I’ve been keeping it simple. And really, isn’t that key to life anyways 😉
Start by sautéing grass-fed ground beef in some coconut oil. Let it simmer, stirring occasionally while you...
Borrow a page from raw veganism to make the most incredible tomato sauce ever by blending instead of cooking 😎
Pop some cherry tomatoes (~1 cup), a few sundried tomatoes (~1/8 cup), basil (couple of leaves), & evoo (~1 tbsp) into your @thenutribullet & blend.
It’s the fastest way to make tomato sauce, and the taste is out of this 🌎! You can always warm it up in a pan for a bit, if preferred.
Zoodle up some zucchini using a spiralizer, or make zucchini fettuccini with a regular veg peeler. Leave it raw or steam for 2-3 minutes for easier digestion 💃🏽
Taste the magic ✨#whatthegut
pork tenderloin w/ habanero-chipotle cranberry sauce + roasted brussels and sunchokes. PSA: it is 100% okay for your pork to be pink. it will also taste way better that way. just make sure it hits at least 135* and you’re good.
B O W L F O O D - because often, food tastes better in a bowl 😉
Want to feel your best? Meal prep the shizz out of your veggies and assemble with leftover protein for lunch (always make extra at dinner time!) None left? 🤷🏼♀️ Go for no-prep pantry items like canned wild salmon or sardines 😎
A meal of champions that has protein, fats (avocado & evoo), fibers (roast/steamed veg, salad), and some carbs 🍠 to keep you going until dinner without the dreaded afternoon energy crash 🙌🏼🤸🏼♀️
JUICING FTW 💛
Why is juicing so awesome? It’s delicious, and it provides immediate vitamins and nutrients without the need for digestion 😋
Blending & juicing give your body allllll the goods, whether your digestion is compromised or not.
But watch out- loading your juices with healthy but high sugar foods like beets, pineapple and mango will send your blood sugar soaring, since you’re removing all the fibers 😱
My suggestion? Keep your juices lean and green. Focus on low sugar foods. Load ‘me up with kale, lemon, ginger, celery, kiwi, green apple, etc. Bioavailable vitamin B’s and instant energy, who dis 😎

Made a roast chicken for dinner:
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion and garlic powder
Roast at 350° for three hours.
Take out every hour and baste with juices. This has been the most flavorful and tender way I’ve roasted a chicken. The scraps make a great bone broth as a bonus.

Haven't posted one of these for a while- but here's me feeling "Good" ...
I'll share more info in the near future to clarify, but 11 days ago I was informed of a health issue that is requiring me to eat gluten free- and ultimately in a paleo diet. It's a super informative journey I've been on. I have been learning all KINDS of stuff- I'm hoping to be able to share some of the stuff I learn with you! Let me be clear- EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT! We all need different things! Don't get swept up in the "latest diet trends" the #1 thing you can do is listen to your body. Not LOOK at it. Feel your insides. Too many social sites focus on the external results of eating healthy, but coming from me, a "fit" 27 year old, it has become the INSIDE that matters more to me now. My insides have been attacking themselves 🙈. As my inside gets healthier I know my outside will start to change, including my pimple prone skin. I don't plan to change my work outs quite yet, so for now, one maybe 2 days a week of light weights, and alll my hours of teaching Zumba and dance. I'll update you along my journey. Hope you share yours with me as well! After all- were all in this together! Support systems are important! 👊🏼 Ps. I made a paleo pizza tonight and I burned it hahahah but I still ate it. Baby steps 😂#paleodiet#glutenfree#fitness#fitnessjourney#healthyfood#healthyeating#healthylifestyle#motivation#inspiration
I wonder if this particular statistic will ever not flabbergast me. I know this already but every time I hear it I shake my head and gasp in disbelief. Guess what coincides perfectly with the government recommendation to eat a low-fat diet which happened for the first time in the late 70s? A massive increase in the consumption of refined carbohydrates which also happens to correspond perfectly with the massive increase in obesity and obesity related diseases. Fat is not the problem folks! This is extremely good news because eating fat is extremely yummy!! #yayforfat This picture is from Jeff Volek’s YouTube video titled “ The many facets of Keto adaptation.”
