Get nutty with it 😜 Here's a look at some of my fav seeds/nuts each around 1/4 cup or 30g. Nuts are a great part of a healthy diet & the healthy fats are linked to boosted brain function & also their anti-inflammatory properties linked to a boosted immune system.
You can see from the picture which ones are a little more calories dense & which are higher in protein 🙌 Also to note: cashews are higher in carbs so that'd be a nut you'd wanna limit or avoid if you're on a keto diet (so are chestnuts & pistachios). Nuttier info below:

Our beef is sourced locally from Bastrop Cattle Company in Bastrop, Texas whose animals are free-range and pasture raised; no antibiotics, no hormones or anything else (of course!). ⠀
