Whole 30 day 17. This is my first time eating out this month. I needed a break from prepping, cooking, cleaning, shopping........ oh and working, working, being a mom, life....... #itneverends#totalworthit so we went for Mexican at this amazing place that does it right! Local seafood, fresh veggies, homemade guacamole! I chose the fajitas which was hard to get a good pic bc they were steaming too long and I was starving and wanted to dig right in. I'm sure they didn't use a whole30 approved oil in the cooking, but the rest of my meal was all meat and veggies! So to me a great compromise for a much needed night out and break from cooking! #whole30ish#paleoish#fridaynight

A little about myself: I've worked out- ran🏃🏼♀️, stair stepper👟, lifted weights🏋🏼♀️ since at least 2006 and I know all the right foods to eat- small meals, every 2-3 hours, protein shake🍼 after working out-yada, yada... The problem was I was always looking for a quick fix, usually extremely low carb, and going too hard in the gym that I would wear out and 🚫 *R E B E L* 🚫against *it ALL* and then fall off the fit wagon and gain the weight back that was lost.
Almost three years ago I gave birth to my son and things only got worse from there- diet/exercise wise. I also had some health issues. I found out I have *extremely* low testosterone for a woman. The normal range is 70-150 and when mine was tested, it was a 16. Anyways, lots of other issues as well and I was tired of feeling chunky, tired, and un-fit. I decided, on my own to do a paleo challenge, *on my own*.🦄 I actually didn't lose any weight the first thirty days but I was starting to feel better mentally and physically ! So... here we are 130 days later- I'm eating 💯paleo, 80% of the time, and I'm consistently killing my workouts💪🏻. You can do it!! 👏🏻You just have to WANT it badly enough!! For me, I so badly wanted to feel better- that has been my motivation !!!
✌🏻I started 04.10.17 and weighed 152 and probably was at least 33%body fat- I wish I would have had that measured before 😒- I'm gonna guess I'm around 24% atm
