Aiming to do less. Aiming to stop piling my life plate sky high. I've learned, in recent weeks, my "blind spot" is taking on too much and saying "yes" when I really mean "no" ... slowly but surely, I am learning to be "impeccable with my word." 💫💫💫
Well, I can say that today was an amazing day, and I give thanks to you. At market, I sold out of everything I had.... I mean everything @tulsafarmersmarket. We went through 5 kegs of kombucha, 4 cases of kefir sodas, 120 ProPops, and 10 packets of granola. I mean if it wasn't for the fact my son was related, somebody might have taken him home. I don't my if my words on an Instagram post can express how much I love you guys who come out and support me and have from the beginning. You mean the world to me. I am sorry to those who showed up for growler refills and couldn't get their fix. I'll make you a deal, if you come a bit earlier, I'll try to brew another keg. I'm waiting for the day when I'm able to bring my BeerBiotic on tap. Double tap if you can feel my love from here. Be thankful, friends.

A Mum needing oil help for her wee one- after posting in our group I am getting a little stash ready for her. She needs oils she doesn't have in her collection in readiness for tonight.
After my post yesterday about team support I am stunned at how many messages I have received from oilers without support. If this is you, reach up and up and up until you find the support you need.
If you are new, please pick your team carefully! The best idea is to have some kind of relationship first, even an online one. Follow the team/ person you are thinking of joining on social media as you will have an idea of the team and person flavour.
Joining up with someone you just met at a large event seems to be problematic judging by the people who have contacted me. In this case stop and think, ask questions and take a deep breath.
Support and on going learning is so important.

Folhas, vegetais (saladas)-Refogar folhas e vegetais na banha, manteiga e no bacon adiciona um sabor especial!
E as frutas? Se você não precisa perder peso coma frutas à vontade. Se precisa, tem resistência à insulina e/ou diabetes, consuma frutas com moderação. Frutas virtualmente SEM açúcar: abacate e coco. Evite sucos de frutas - coma a fruta! Suco de limão à vontade.

Major thing I noticed this week eating one salad a day as my one meal is the constipation. I usually go every morning. Every morning. These raw vegetables tho? No bueno. Smooth move tea and strong, black coffee just for a movement. I wonder if it's the combo of veggies or the fact that they're raw. When I eat veggie scrambles (cooked veggies) everything moves along smoothly. Perhaps this is my systems way of telling me to cook my veggies. Anyone else out there get constipated on salads or eating lots of raw veggies?
Do You feel out of place at parties. I felt like that when I went gluten free every one wanted me to eat but couldn't. They didn't understand why.
It was me that hot embraced and frustrated about it. I went into my head and didn't come from my heart .

ENSALADA DE COCHAYUYO Y MANZANA VERDE 🍏
El cochayuyo es una planta marina que crece en las costas chilenas, tiene un gran aporte nutricional y se puede comer de muuuuchas formas (guisos, ceviche, tortilla, mermelada).
Tiene un gran contenido de minerales, especialmente yodo, hierro y magnesio y es alto en proteínas y fibra. Qué mejor?
👉🏻 Para comerlo hay que dejar remojándolo toda la noche con un poco de vinagre y al día siguiente se cuece entero o ya cortado en trocitos por 20-25 minutos (ir probando que ya esté blando). Después se lava con agua fría para cortar la cocción. Yo lo hice con cilantro, cebolla en cuadritos y una manzana verde también en cuadritos. Aliñé con muuuucho limón 🍋, aceite de oliva @aceitedonaines y sal de mar. Si quieren hacerlo como ceviche lo dejan reposando más tiempo con limón y queda demasiado rico también con palta, ají y mango. Les aseguro que los mañosos del cochayuyo se reencontrarán con esta alga que es tan ricaaa! 😍
Number Nine: There are a lot of things I've adopted into my #naturalskincare regime, but none bring a more noticeable change than #drybrushing my skin. Weird, right? It's like a horse brush, but for humans...although you could probably still use it for a horse. 🐎 *
Dry brushing is supposedly great for your lymphatic system, improving circulation and stimulation. It's also supposed to remove cellulite or something? Whatever, I only started after watching a YouTube video and thought it looked soothing, and it totally is. So if those other things are benefits, that's an awesome bonus for me. I've noticed, since starting, my skin is always smooth and glowy. It has a new kind of quality to it, and it's a great exfoliator before the shower!
So go grab yourself an easy hold dry brush from @wholefoods or online (I got mine from a health food store), then, before your shower or in the morning, gently brush toward your heart, starting at the bottoms of your feet and making your way up to your arms, shoulders and neck. I brush every bit of my body. Remember, GENTLY; I didn't know this the first time and OUCH. I also started using rosemary oil since it's so good for hair, and I didn't think it would hurt anything (#risktaker ). Major plus! I love it. But you can use anything, like lavender or peppermint or sandalwood, etc. Whatever works best for you; just make sure it's an organic or at least trusted #essentialoils brand. Also, it feels less like horse brushing when you're brushing something into your skin. 😉 I pour about 4 drops into my palm and then wipe it up with the dry brush, then begin on my feet. I've also noticed it seems to quicken my blood flow, so I don't suggest doing it before bed or it'll wake you up. Now, giddy-up horsey and enjoy your super soft, glowy skin! #neigh *
I've never really been one to struggle with weight but I have gained weight over the years but I remained confident in myself. I have come to a point in my life were my health has become important to me and I no longer want to be the man I previously was. I have a vision of myself, for myself and that's the person I want to become. Over the last 11 weeks of my 12 week weight loss challenge- to which is now an annual challenge- I have faced many struggles but I've gladly over come them. Today I stand 30 pounds lighter and I've dropped 4 pant sizes from a 38 to a 34. I've also become a Paleo/ Primal fanatic and a advocate for organic/ natural living and foods. I'm trying to cut back on my meat intake while trying my best to remain paleo - so I'm trying other sources of protein to see how they affect my body. Tempeh is not paleo but it seems to be doing my system justice, plus it's really yummy and loaded with protein. •
