👌focus on support foot pressing through floor to get tall. This will lengthen pelvis into neutral.
👌reach Pubic bone to floor to ease into hip extension to fully work #glutesonfire 👌 #movementheals the more we move the stronger we become. We all have challenges- #keepitmoving#onlyonelife#liveyourdreams#ilovemyjob#bostonfitness
Amazing to buy vegetables grown by this woman, you tell her what you want and she pulls it out the ground! (Well orders her husband to)Next door we bought organic farm chickens and eggs with luminous orange yolks. #uruguay#naturallife#paleolife#healthyfood
The lazy Sunday morning porridge.
Stewed apples with black forest berries. Did you know it's national nut day today? Celebrating with a few pecans 🎉 🤣
Well next week is half term for us and so looking forward to some rest and relaxation...long autumn walks, perhaps a few pub lunches, movie nights and time with the family.
Wishing you a great week ahead.
More #breakfastlove from our trip to the south coast of #wales
Similar to yesterday 🍳🍳🍳, kale, 🍅🥑plus a mix of the breakfast platter consisting of nurembergers, chorizo, pumpkin, 🥔, 🥓lardons.
Still no ☕️. It’s been over a week now, feeling awesome. Currently smashing #redbushtea instead. 👌🏼
This is definitely the best way to fuel for the crazy stormy weather out there at the moment. A long walk/hike planned for today. So far the sky is blue, the ☁️ are moving fast though. So it could change any minute. But as they say: there is no such thing as the wrong weather. Just wrong clothing.....waterproofs are packed.
DINNER WITH FAMILY :: Always a good time with @hayley.dilworth and @jasondilworth56, especially when they cook for me and my goals (and my Jamesey) 😋 - socialise with people that push you forward, not hold you back 😘
🌱Perfect way to end the week!🌱 #vegan#paleo#guthealing GF DF SF citrus ‘cheese’ cake FTW! Filled to the brim with pro biotics and packed with collagen to aid in restoring gut health. This tastes absolutely amazing. So glad I finally perfected my recipe! This one will be going on the website soon for sure! Happy Sunday all! ✌️✌️✌️
Do I tell them their banana-choc shakes are made with broth? 🤔
Uh... no! 😉🙊 These were a big hit! Here's the recipe xx
1 cup fresh, cooled beef broth* (unflavoured)
1 cup ice-cold almond milk
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 heaped tbsp carob powder
Maple syrup to taste
Blend, blend, blend!! 😋 *Beef broth made from a mixture of pasture-raised beef bones. The bones went into a hot oven for 40 minutes at 180d then straight into a hot pot of water with apple cider vinegar. I saved the fat left over in the hot pan - this stuff is great as an oil alternative for shallow frying or even over your baked veggies.
I like to cook my beef broths for at least 24 hours to get maximum goodness out of them.
Why beef? Out of all the broths it has the least flavour so great to mix (and hide!) in various dishes.
A few other goodies made with a beef broth base today - will share once the monkeys have taste tested xxx
Everything fresh. Keep in mind that if you want to keep a refrigerator as bacteria free as possible, you have to regularly clean it with Clorox wipes. Like once a week. And don't overfill it! There needs to be even air flow.
